They don't fix nothing my water don't get hot people in the office are rude and will cuss u out or say u are wrong n they are right they just care about getting they raggedy rent money and it's not even worth the money to pay for them apartments
This Apartment complex is soooooooooooooo quiet and I liked that. But it was the roaches,rats,frogs,and rabbits. The foundation is terrible! The roaches crawl out of the cracks on the bottom of the wall and mess with you while your sleeping.

Unsanitary, full of cockroaches, people at office are super rude, when you have a complaint they take your money and kick you from the apartments. Over all terrible place. Do not recommend.

I’m not just saying this as a disgruntled tenant. I moved here in June 2020 sight unseen. The actual foundation of our apartment is cheaply made and keep up is poorly maintained. Rent is way higher than it has listed. Maintenance doesn’t care and neither does management.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management would not stick to what they said they would do. Also if there was a disagreement the manager would not want to hear what you had to say. Basically it was her way or nothing at all. But like i said it was the management the property was a good place to be, i even started getting to know my neighbors. She messed that up for me so i had to leave

Maintenance doesn’t respond to work orders. The office expects their rent on time, meanwhile, residents are left with missing drywall, leaks, broken air conditioners, and mold. Numerous calls to the office go unanswered.

Don't let the price and looks deceive you. The staff here are terribel. Right now they are renovating and they are telling us to throw everything away on our balcony so the apartments can "look good". I honestly think the residents should have what they want on their balcony. I would go rather live on the neighboring apartments even though they have higher rent prices. Also they take forever to fix a complaint that you have.
I have only lived here two months and of those 2 months I have only stayed in my unit about 16 days b/c it is roach infested I regret moving here it is horrible I wish no stars was an option
I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and absolutely love them! The staff is always friendly, it's usually quiet during the day, and nobody ever bothers you. These apartments have big bedrooms, living rooms and dining area. If you ever have a problem maintenance is always on call to help you out. These truly are the best apartment prices that I have seen out there for the price they are asking for. If you are looking for a big place for a good price come here!
