The Jade is Excellent

We moved in over a year ago and extended our lease. Our proximity to midtown made our decision of living either here or in Brooklyn an easy choice considering our rent includes private assigned parking and about double the square footage we would've got with the same cost across the river. Easy walk to the grocery. Safe neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. No issue with noise and it still feels like a new build. The 165 bus is literally right outside and takes your to Port Authority Bus Station in under 15 minutes. If you have a vehicle and want an easy commute to midtown without compromising your retirement, I genuinely don't believe there are better options available. Melissa and Justin are extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.
