All the neighbors are friendly, the front desk concierge has been attentive and helpful. I just wish I knew about building events ahead of time (via emails, notices in elevators, etc)

The Ivy is so welcoming. The moment we walked in, we knew we were home. We have had a wonderful experience beginning with Daniel and Meghan, and it continued with Jeff and Johnathan. The residents have been welcoming and friendly. The concierge is so helpful, and the staff here takes pride in keeping our lovely building looking pristine. We are so happy with our decision to make The Ivy our home !

Love it and so does my son! Great amenities, well kept property. Beautiful place to live not to mention friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Plenty of what you need close by shops and markets close to major highway's.

The property is truly amazing. Very well kept. The maintenance team is prompt when addressing any issues. There’s always open communication when you need to speak to someone

The amenities are great, especially the gym and common areas. The leasing office staff has been helpful and communicative. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern. I really appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, as well as the spacious layout and natural light. Maintenance has been responsive every time I’ve submitted a request, which is a big plus.

Megan and Daniel were awesome. Jeff’s service is impeccable. Moving in was seamless. Keys, garage, everything worked perfectly without incident.

Well kept. Amenities are wonderful. Spacious apartments and also friendly neighbors. Plus a great amount of events for residents. Staff always helpful.

After half a year of staying at the Ivy, we are pleased with our new home. The staff and amenities are great and we are making use of almost everything.

Megan is amazing in Leasing! So sweet and in the holiday spirit! I needed a parking pass and she jumped right into help! I appreciated her help! We love living at The Ivy!

Spacious apartments with lots of light and great storage. Great amenities and convenient to Chatham train station, and downtown Chatham and Summit.

I love my apartment, noises from the train and garbage people are a lot though. Besides that super friendly and nice, they do lots of events which makes up for it.

The ivy is an upscale fantastic place to live work gather and so easy to get to both Chatham and summit train station. The shuttle service to the Chatham train is great perk too.

We find living in the Ivy “ easy living”! People are pleasant, amenities are wonderful, and our apartment is fabulous. The location is easily accessible to multiple shopping areas, and we live near our children.

This place is great. It is perfect for us as we transition out of the city. The apartments are well corner red and the staff is very pleasant to work with.

The staff are all so welcoming and the grounds are lovely! My pup loves the dog run and my kids love the amenities. It’s been a great experience so far.

We just took possession of our apartment, but we won't move in completely until Nov 9 2024. So far, the place is great. We've only met a few other tenants, but everyone seems friendly, including the staff.

Wonderful , comfortable community. Very close to major shopping centers, malls, pharmacy also to a great hospital. Ivy has gym, pool and other amenities that makes every day life very enjoyable pleasant and easy

The Ivy is a great new apartment building with lots of amazing amenities. Everything is clean and bright. Staff is fantastic as well. The apartments are spacious and well laid out.

The Ivy has an overall friendly staff, great location and amenities, the weekday shuttle to the train is a life saver for my husband who commutes

Chatham is a great city to live & The Ivy is a great place in there!! Well run and maintained with many very nice residents! I highly recommend The Ivy for anyone downsizing from a large house.

So far so great!! Amazing amenities also nice residents Beautiful place to live and a wonderful communtiy. The local supermarket is very close. There is plenty of surrounding access to everything you can possibly need.

The apartments are spacious, with sleek, stylish finishes that really make it feel like home. The location is fantastic—close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, which makes commuting and daily errands super convenient. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and feels safe, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. The amenities are top-notch, and since the building is new, everything is in perfect condition. Maintenance has been quick and efficient on the rare occasions I’ve needed them. Overall, I highly recommend The Ivy for anyone looking for a modern, well-located apartment with great amenities. It’s been a fantastic place to live.

Has a gym and pool and barbeque. Apartments are nice and has a shuttle to the train station. Has a pet wash and a lot of games around. Worth the price.

Very happy living here. Love the amenities, the bldg is very impressive. Service calls are addressed in a timely manner. Staff is professional and friendly. One thing I would like to see reconfigured is the front desk. You can't see the person at the concierge desk Bernstein they are hidden by all the computer monitors. I feel if tyne person were visible it would improve security and the tenants could develop a friendly relationship with them.

So far our experience has been great. No issues with any of the facilities or living space. We feel very safe in the neighborhood and are happy with our choice to live at the ivy.

My wife and I just moved in to The Ivy on Monday, September 9th and it has been an amazing experience in our first week. The building, amenities, staff and our unit are even better than expected. Thanks all!

Amenities are great when they are working or when you’re allowed to use them. But simulator rooms always crash and even though the pool is closed you still cant sunbathe near it.

So far my experience has been terrific! The building and my apartment are so clean and everything is working. Was able to enjoy coffee downstairs and Pascarella’s across the street before I had fully unpacked. Went to Yoga class which was amazing. Tennis across the street is a bonus!

I am having great experience so far at The Ivy. Everything is convenient, straightforward and everyone in the staff is very nice and helpful!

At the moment I have not had the opportunity to fully enjoy the building but… The neighbors are very nice! And it's a peace and very clean place.

The Ivy is absolutely beautiful. It is like living in a hotel. There’s WiFi through the building and amenities which is really convenient. The staff is really nice and helpful. It’s a great place to live.

Great so far, amenities are in prestine condition and the apartment is new and designed with residents’ comfort in mind. Even added a nice touch that I wouldn’t have expected: soundproof flooring, blackout shades

We love it here. Everything and everyone has been so nice. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed. The shuttle service to the train station is a big help.

The building is bright and cheery…conveniently located to shopping, highways and supermarkets! Friendly environment with every amenity available. The apartment floor plan is comfortable with nice size rooms with high ceilings.

Great community, very well-kept and smoothly run. I just wish the pool were open past Labor Day, considering how hot September tends to be (straight through November, these days).

The Ivy is a wonderful place. It has everything I want or need in a residence. I was able to cancel my membership at equinox because of the gym here. It has great outdoor areas (not that I’ve used them yet) for people to cook or just hang out. Having a golf simulator is a welcome activity for me

Our move in experience at The Ivy in Chatham has been flawless and amazing! We are excited to begin the next chapter of our lives in our new residence with all of these awesome amenities!

Building is so nice and clean. Has a lot of stuff to do, My side of the building is noisy. Garage is close by elevators, good while moving in.

Enjoying living here, great management, prompt maintenance, and great amenities. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Satisfied with my choice so far.

Everything has been amazing. The community and the area in which the location is, is very safe for my daughter and I. I'm looking forward to raising my daughter in this area and cannot wait to experience all of what Chatham has to offer.

Great apartment complex. Amenities are top notch. Took one star off due to noise level from trucks (construction company staging areas nearby) and lawn mowing services frequently start around 7-8am, even on weekends.
