Was a nice community when it opened. Now it is in a constant state of disrepair-all of the time. Hallways are filthy, doors to the building are constantly broken. Gates are also constantly broken. Anyone can gain access to building and parking lot at any time of the day or night. It can be super loud anywhere near the pool. Pool hours are only haphazardly enforced and courtesy patrol is ineffective and mostly nonexistent. For some reason water goes out often & the rates charged for water/sewer/trash are ridiculous. Valet trash is horrible and really is just a way for them to collect more fines. Online billing always has a problem-literally almost every single month! Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you pay for parking, you’re fine, because you will have an assigned spot. If not, you will not be able to park. Period. Leasing and maintenance staff are really nice, but unfortunately, that does not make up for all that is wrong at this community!

Found black mold in our apartment after calling in several maintence requests regarding a leak which we were told was harmless (obviously not). This dangerous and serious situation has been dramatically downplayed by staff and it has already been two weeks, and the problem has yet to be resolved.

Right down the street from Campus - Walking distance (Don't need a car walking distance). Very nice location, backs up to the ASU golf course. The pool and clubhouse are fantastic - upscale, elegant, FUN. The management has changed recently within the last 6 months (or more) - very friendly and attentive to our needs. Always willing to help. The Manager, Ciera, is always friendly. No complaints.

This is a perfect location, along side many, if you are a collage student at ASU. It is a brand new complex who did not go for the complete modern look but rather the modern and cozy feel. Great space for one or even two bed room apartment's. It is close to many places for dinning and entertainment. Front desk staff have been welcoming and helpful. Not to mention the community here for things like gardening, lodging and out door fun. It's like living in a welcoming luxury that you can call you'r own.
