I enjoy living at The Hudson, a quiet complex, in the heart of downtown Pasadena. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The entire complex is clean and inviting.

We haven't moved in yet but everyone in the leasing office has been super great. Especially Hayley! She has walked us through everything so far and has made the process smooth and stress free.

I love my apartment in Pasadena. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and it's a really nice place to live and unwind after a long day.

It's been nothing but greatness here at the Hudson East. The scenery when waking up is phenomenal. The maintenance crew has been absolute ACE.

It's a pretty cozy place, maintenance is good and neighborhood is ok, but it's not safe to live here; two of my bicycles have been stolen. No security patrol on premises.

Absolutely love the place, the location, and the amenities. The elevators need repair. There is a bit of a problem with an overload of garbage and the smell of it in the lobby. Also, parking is limited. Overall, the Hudson is awesome.

very nice! Love the view! The managers are very friendly. The only thing that not convenience is I don’t have the parking space. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Unsafe and understaffed. Buildings are poorly secured allowing trespassers easy entry to the property. Package theft is constant and there has been significant property damage to residents’ vehicles due to trespassing vagrants.

The building is unsafe and poorly secured resulting in almost daily trespassing. There have been two reported assaults, damage to multiple vehicles and persistent package theft. The management company (Greystar) has an appalling lack of concern for tenant safety.

I would highy recommend living at the Hudson east. The leasing and maintence teams are excellent and can be depended upon to respond positively when apartment problems occur.

BEWARE!! I regret to say that my experience at The Hudson was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Upon vacating the premises, the management unjustly deducted a significant portion of my security deposit for alleged painting and cleaning expenses, which is unlawful in California. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, they remained uncooperative. Beyond the financial issues, the living conditions at this complex were appalling. Noise levels were consistently intolerable, disrupting any chance of peace and relaxation. Additionally, the balcony was subject to continuous water pouring from above, making it nearly unusable and causing damage to personal belongings. It's disheartening to deal with a management team that not only ignores tenant concerns but also resorts to unethical practices such as wrongfully deducting security deposits. The lack of transparency and accountability in their actions is deeply concerning. Prospective tenants, beware of these issues before considering renting at The Hudson. The management's lack of responsibility for maintenance, their disregard for tenant comfort, and their illegal practices regarding security deposits make this a place I cannot recommend in good conscience. Please, spare yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a living space where your rights as a tenant are respected and where living conditions are conducive to a peaceful life.

The Hudson is a beautiful apartment home community that provides ample amenities in an extremely safe and walkable area. Since moving here my gf and I's quality of life has grown exponentially. The Hudson is filled with a great community that has a warm feeling like home that you will not find anywhere in Los Angeles.

The Hudson is an amazing property and well maintained. Always clean and smells amazing in the elevators and gym area! So fortunate to reside here.

I love my apartment and love the location. The amenities are great too. I will say, for an apartment that is a couple years old, it's very apparent that the previous residents trashed it and things (both big and small) that should've been addressed/fixed before I moved in were not. Some I just try to live with because trying to get maintenance to do anything besides just showing up is a fight. The staff here is pretty bad too. They ignore the residents on almost every single issue. There have been several safety concerns and none have been addressed, despite many of us asking for them to be. I have also never been so talked down to the way one of the managers did when I brought up an issue that violates an ordinance. He also tried to tell me it wasn't an issue and I was lying about it, so there's that too. If they could step up the staff here and actually address the safety, package stealing, and things breaking, this would easily be a 5 star place.

Overall a good place to stay if you would like to struggle with parking and take cold showers.

Here at the Hudson’s everything is clean, quite, and very peaceful. The team here from maintenance to the cleaning crew to leasing are awesome and always on it. The system they are running on is effective, efficient, and easy. Shoutout to Tony, Gil, Carlos and the ladies who help keep it clean here at Hudson’s.

The Hudson is not only a stylish apartment complex that has many amenities but it is HOME with friendly neighbors and a staff that worry about your needs.

Great building, amenities, and apartment designs and finishes. My neighbors are great and the construction is so solid that I never hear anything going on above or below me. Great Location. Expensive. Great people.

Hudson is great! Beautiful property and location. The management team is outstanding. Special shout out to Tony as he is quick and punctual with clients, follow-ups, and communication. He’s always going the extra mile & very attentive! He is just amazing, so helpful in assisting us throughout the process and has really made this a super positive experience. From the beginning to end He’s been so professional and has a complete knowledge/understanding of the building and was able to match us to an ideal unit. Excellent experience as far as the leasing agreement go. Everything relating to the lease has been seamless and Hudson stands out as an excellent brand having lived in similar complexes on both coasts. Highly recommend working with Tony to meet your objectives.

As a single woman, I feel very safe at the Hudson. The management team know me and look out for me. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities great, and the community friendly.

This is the best apartment I have ever lived at. The pool, spa and community areas feel like I am living at a 5 star hotel and the security and fencing makes me feel very safe living here. Also, the maintenance service is incredible. Brent, the service supervisor, has come to our apartment at very late and early hours to help us with anything and is so amazing. The other service staff that have helped us are just as great as well. The office manager Tony is so helpful and will go out of his way to help us such as bringing our packages to our door that were in the office. I was worried that having my dog in an apartment complex would be difficult but the Hudson is so pet friendly that it is much easier than I could have imagined. Overall I am so happy I moved here and would highly recommend this place if you are looking.

I chose the Hudson for it's amazing location and easy walking distance to all the cool things in the Playhouse District and Old Town. I also love how dog-friendly the community is -- both my dog Jack and I feel very welcome here!

Hudson management and maintenance team here are amazing. There really is no other way to say this is the best property I have every lived in. Love it!

The staff here and the layout along side the amenities make for a truly great choice for a rental. The floor plans are awesome and make for sleek look. Whether you are a single person, a couple or family I do feel this building to be a perfect fit.

My husband and I absolutely love living at the Hudson in Pasadena. We both work in LA and it is a wonderful location to come home to. The property is always clean and taken care of and the amenities are wonderful. Additionally, we love our neighbors and sense of community. The leasing team is so caring, personable and prompt to assist us with any of our needs. We are so grateful to call the Hudson our first home together.

Nice amenities, nice lay outs, prime location

I like the fact the Hudson apartments are fairly new. It is located in the heart of Pasadena and close to all your essential stores. Once the amenities are available for use (when it is safe from Covid 19), it will definitely boost our experience here.

So far we are happy with living here! The grounds are clean and management is really pleasant and responsive. The leasing process was really easy and the leasing team answered all of our questions! The location is super convenient and the security measures make us feel safe! I would definitely recommend living at the Hudson.

The management team is exceptional courteous and very pleasant to interact with. This would be a great impetus to renew our lease for another term!

Leaving this review to express how wonderful the staff at the Hudson are. I’m talking specifically about the Assistant Manager Stephanie. She is so thorough, kind, and thoughtful. All of her follow up calls to me were polite and very helpful. She was always available to answer any questions, and was honest in her responses about the building & what to expect. I was deciding between two apartments but after interacting with Stephanie, I decided to go with the Hudson knowing that I would be so well supported. She really did make all the difference. So thank you to the Hudson for having such amazing staff.

The area is so nice! I love the floor plans and the community. Floor plans are unique and not too small, nice little cafe's and shops to walk to. The Assistant Manager Stephanie was extremely helpful and informative. Definitely considering this place.

Amazing staff, nice units, good amenities, great place

It's a great place with awesome amenities .. I love that each unit comes with a fridge, a trash can, and an installed microwave.. and especially that it comes with a washer and dryer.. love that it is a brand new building with excellent decor. The pool looks great and the gym too ... very nice
