The property is well-maintained with clean landscaping and amazing amenities. The units are modern and spacious, and I appreciate features like in-unit laundry, the patio with such amazing views of the sunset, and the built in WiFi. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. And the team is professional and respectful when entering the unit. The leasing staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Nyiemah is absolutely phenomenal and has been so helpful and welcoming during this process. She’s continued to be helpful with questions or issues. Daphne has also been so helpful and friendly with any questions and conversations had. We really do feel like part of a community here.

I've lived here since October. The 2nd resident to move in. It's been great. I love my apartment, the view, the location and all of the neighbors I've met so far. The leasing staff is excellent and love all the activities they plan for us like trivia nights and the Luau. I'm especially enjoying the pool now that summer is here. I HIGHLY recommend living here!

Usually I’m skeptical of the filtered polish that most apartment communities showcase on their marketing, but the Hudson truly does feel like a resort with the level of detailed quality put into everything here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are the nicest and best kept I’ve encountered, and the living spaces themselves are flawless. Usually I would heartily recommend more people come to live here, but I’d rather keep it for myself.

From start to move in this experience was made easy and perfect. As someone who was moving from out of state, front office and management made the process much easier and I had a perfect move in. I would definitely recommend this community and love it so far. It’s quiet and feels tucked away but still close to everything essential (shopping, restaurants, etc.). I have zero complaints. Staff is beyond excellent!

From the moment I walked in Nyiemah was amazing and made me feel at home. She was not rushed and showed me several options based on my needs. When moving in the property manager and maintenance engineer have been very nice and welcoming. The apartments are updated. The amenities that are provided out match others around the area and are very nice. The gym is unreal for an apartment gym. I love that there is a lot of greenery around the apartments. And it’s protected land meaning it won’t be built on. So unlike other apartment buildings that are surrounded by concrete or artificial greenery, this is location is green with walking paths.
