The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Hub Brookdale
The Hub at Brookdale, in Bloomfield NJ, is conveniently located in North Jersey's semi-urban region, being a short commute to New York City and a quick drive to any shop, store or restaurant one can think of. Bus stops within walking distance and assigned parking also makes getting around very easy. The building is newly constructed, the rooms are chic and upscale with modern appliances and beautiful hardwood floors. The best part is the workers and managers which make up the Hub Real estate are the friendliest and most helpful when it comes to any situation to make oneself feel at home here. I recommend the Hub at Brookdale to small families, couples, and of all ages of residents wanting the best out of comfort, respect and adaptable living.
Have lived at The HUB Brookdale for over 2 years, and its been a very positive experience overall. Staff is responsive, apartment is newer with updated kitchens, bathroom, etc. Reason for only 4 stars is the price - rent is relatively high for a building without amenities (such as a gym) and there is coin operated laundry in the basement that is fairly expensive. Can't imagine living anywhere else though - definitely recommend.
