Travis and Phil are the best! They are incredibly quick to come by. Submitted a request late Friday night after business hours and they were here first thing Monday morning!

Shout out to my guy Travis man he always comes through soon as I call him. It's never no problem. Anything I call him for he always gets you done quick and efficiently. My oven just went out and I didn't know what I was gonna do when he came and fixed it with the 10 minutes man really appreciate you guys

The Hills have been nothing short of amazing! From management to maintenance, they’ve made my transition into my new home the easiest and best experience! Travis and Phil stay on top of all maintenance requests. I’ve called on weekends about maintenance issues and forgot to actually put in a request and they show up regardless first thing on Monday. Everything about this place is top tier and im blessed to call this place home

Phill and travis keeps my apartment in the best shape and completes the job in a fast and professional manner I could not appreciate them more

Darcy has been very helpful every time I go into the office, which isn’t much and she still knows my name as soon as I walk in. I also had a basic maintenance visit from Phill who knocked out the work quickly and he was flexible for time.

Excellent place. Darcy was a ton of help with the move in and Travis has helped keep the apartment in good shape

I've lived here going on 3yrs and I love it! I can't say enough positive and nice things about the staff. They're ALL amazing and I appreciate them! They are good with communication and maintenance is always on top of things... even when they were short staffed. The property is well maintained as they do everything to keep things nice, clean, safe and quiet. I love how it feels like a little community. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is always planning activities and fun events for the complex! Overall, I would highly recommend living here!

Darcy, Travis, Phil, and Trey are awesome! My Father and I have lived here 7 years with no major issues. The staff is quick to do any necessary repairs and is always friendly. They stay on top of spraying consistently, so you don’t have to worry about bugs. The grounds are always kept clean and they make sure to not let a bunch of trash pile up.

I have a lot of positives and negatives for my experience living here at The Hills. Here are my positives: maintenance is AMAZING, they are very quick. The staff is also very great, and helpful. The amenities are awesome as well. On the other hand here are my many, many negatives: we have had kids literally pee on our front door..not once, but twice. These same kids have looked in our cars and will knock on doors and run. People will come and dump even though they don’t live at the apartment complex, and the dumpsters will fill up way too fast. There is trash EVERYWHERE, it makes the apartment complex look like crap. The dumpsters are always overfilled, leaving trash everywhere. I HIGHLY recommend driving around the complex before signing a lease, I wish I did. Also, people do not pick up their dog poop…this one makes me the most angry. I have stepped in dog poop multiple times. So if you don’t want to step in dog poop don’t live here. This is one of the main reasons we are leaving the Hills. There are NO cameras outside the buildings, which I wish there was so we can figure out who isn’t picking up after their dog. Please, please think twice about living here. Although the maintenance and staff is great, we do not have the greatest neighbors. People litter, and don’t pick up after their dog! We also have neighbors that will purposely park like an butthole and take up two spaces. We are happy to be leaving The Hills, but it was a nice first apartment…before we realized that we’d be stepping in dog poop all the time and that there’d be trash left everywhere. That’s all!

I just moved from an apartment in Liberty and I LOVE The Hills! Amazing friendly staff! They take pride in this community! As they should. My children and pets LOVE it here! Blessed to call it home.

Nice, quiet place and is close to everything. The staff is always keeping everything up to date and works hard to stay on top of things. Me and my family love living here.

Our little family has lived at The Hills for 2 years and really enjoyed it! The location is great. The maintenance crew is always super friendly and timely to get things done when needed. And the front office staff is awesome- shoutout to Darcy! We love it here!

My husband, my dog, and I are currently leasing our second year with The Hills, and we love it! We love the property’s convenience to highway 169 and other local places, as well as the amazing staff. Darcy and Tammy are the best!!! They always go above and beyond to take care of us, and it doesn’t go unnoticed! The maintenance staff is also great. Our dog loves them all, and they take care of our maintenance requests as quickly as possible, regardless the size of the request. Overall, we would highly recommend leasing with The Hills! It has been the perfect place for us to get comfortable living in KC!

My husband and I are going on year three of living at The Hills. We love the amenities and how pet-friendly the apartments are. The gym and pool are well-taken care of, and our dog loves the fenced-in dog play area. Darcy in the main office is incredible and the most helpful person. Maintenance always fulfills requests quickly, and I truly don't have anything bad to say. We love living here.

This is my first time renting an apartment of my own with My husband and I must say it has been great so far. We are past our 6 months and normally when Apartments are bad, it'll show around this time. I had seen my fair share of bad appartments while still living with my mother, even in the northland, but The Hills is great. The office staff is amazing and whenever we had a problem they where there ASAP. Even when I got frustrated with them, they never got nasty back. The Apartments are clean outside, well maintained, no lingering weirdos, Nice and quiet. They also host events at the clubhouse which is something I never experienced while living in an appointment. Lovely place overall.

I have lived here for about 3 months now. The staff is amazing and the location is awesome! Would definitely recommend! Especially is you have a pet!

I am a new resident. So far I have been quite happy with the service levels of the staff. Darcy, in particular, has been a sweetheart. From making the paperwork and move in easy, to taking care of the few item that needed a bit of maintenance upon moving in. The response has been friendly and efficient. It's only been a couple of months but I have no worries about the future here.

I have lived at the Hills for a month and have had nothing but positive experiences, thus far. Alicia, from the leasing office, has been very friendly and accommodating. Over the weekend, I noticed that I had a broken garbage disposal, to which, I filed a maintenance request for. That Monday, the issue was resolved and taken care of by the maintenance guy, Ben.
