I have lived here for 6 month now and all I have to say is BEST DECISION EVER!! I toured 10 other places before coming here, and as soon as I stepped foot into the leasing office, I knew this would be home. Alex was my leasing agent and gave me a tour of my now apartment. He’s amazing and so professional! The property and my apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The property is clean, well-maintained and modern. I’ve also gotten to know Maggie and Ian at the leasing office by simply walking by them on my way out the door every day. They always greet me with a friendly smile! They also know my 8yo son by name and ask him how school was. They even called me on my birthday to tell me they had a gift for me, along with a handwritten card from all of them. I’ve never felt more special and cared for by staff. They go far above and beyond their job description! They genuinely care! The amenities are top-notch. I especially love all of the work-from-home options in the clubhouse. There is so much sunlight that comes through the entire building. I’ve had 3 issues with appliances and when I tell you they were addressed IMMEDIATELY! They instantly assessed the problem and replaced them with new appliances within 15 minutes. Ronnie (the maintenance guy) is so friendly and now waves and says hello every time I see him on property. Everyone here is like family. I love getting to call this place home.

I’ve been living in a 1-bedroom apartment at The Height at Ridgewalk and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open layout, high ceilings, and quality finishes—everything feels fresh and upscale without being over the top. The community amenities are a huge plus—especially the fitness center, pool area, and beautifully maintained common spaces. It’s quiet, safe, and has a great sense of community. Maintenance requests (the very few I’ve had!) are always handled quickly and professionally. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. It’s close to everything I need—grocery stores, restaurants, and easy highway access—yet it still feels tucked away and peaceful. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend The Height at Ridgewalk to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to live. It really feels like home!

I moved in February of this year and it has been nothing but great since. The complex is always extremely clean and well maintained. Maggie helped be throughout the entire process and everyone is supper friendly here and they make you feel like family. There’s always something going on at the clubhouse whether it be free breakfast and donuts or the leasing staff giving out free icecream at the pool. There is no doubt this is the nicest complex in the area. Not even a competition.

I moved into the Heights at Ridgewalk Woodstock October of last year so this is a Real Review. Ever since I came in contact with the property staff, specifically Ian, he made the process seamless! Ian kept me up-to-date with the move in schedule, made sure I knew about the property and surrounding amenities since I work from home, so getting out is a must! The staff are true professionals and prompt upon any issues or concerns. Neighbors are nice and I have yet to incur any resident/maintenance issues that were not taken care of within that day! If your looking for a New peaceful/ pet friendly, upscale atmosphere where you feel at home, this is your place!!!!

We recently moved to the Heights and what led us to choosing the Heights at Ridgewalk over some other places to live in the area was the staff. Alex was our first contact and he helped us with everything leading up to move in, he was super responsive, respectful, and he was professional through the entire process. On moving day, Ian was there to help us through the entire process. He made everything so seamless and he also made sure to do a thorough inspection of our unit before we even set our bags down. Grace is always in the office with a smile on her face and is so helpful with any questions that I’ve had. I honestly feel like I am not in an apartment, but in a condo and sometimes even a resort. Our pool and amenities are so beautiful. The grounds are so well taken care of and all of my neighbors really take pride in our complex and creating a community that feels safe. On top of that, the apartments are beautiful!

We moved in last year and honestly can say from the very beginning with tours and talking to staff , to signing and finally moving in and living here a few months it has all been so amazing! The communication from the staff Lindsey, Ian and Grace has been great. They Kept me up to date and informed on my move in since this is a new Apartment Complex. We are Close to 575 and downtown Woodstock. Great Location The apartment has large windows, Light colors which makes it feel comfortable.
