This apartment has been the best possible situation for my family. My partner and I share a 2 year old son and a golden retriever. Although we hope some day to own a home of our own, Legend heights has made their apartment and community feel like home. It doesn’t even feel like a rental. I feel relaxed and refreshed living here. I feel safe all the time. All the neighbors are respectful and kind. The apartment buildings are so clean. Amenities are amazing, and the management is top tier. Most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. My heart is full living here! So much gratitude. Thank you.

Y’all this place is gorgeous! The space is huge for an apartment. I can’t believe how roomy it is! I am so excited to call this place home. It’s also high tech and I like the ease of going in and out of my apartment just by typing in a code. For all the amenities, the price of rent isn’t outrageous. Which initially I was expecting when I first toured the place so when I found out the price I would be paying, I immediately signed. Im a bit of a homebody so I appreciate I don’t have to go far to work out or enjoy a swim. It’s very close by to stores and is right off the freeway. And management is so real and down to earth. I appreciate that so much!! They are quick to respond and are so understanding and they care so much for the tenants & the property.

This place seems nice and it was nice under previous management. But once you live here for more than a month you quickly find out what the problems are. I see Uhaul trucks moving people out every single weekend. Right now I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.

The Heights at Legend Hills has a great community management team, a pool that's heated year round and the complex is located close to I-15 and Hill AFB for commutes. Individual units have plenty of storage space and nice aesthetics.

This place is very nice and well maintained. Parking is a bit of a struggle if you don’t get the garage or covered parking but it still works out. They are dog friendly and have bags around.

The maintenance team here is fantastic! I needed them to come over and fix our ceiling fan and they did so fairly quickly and explained what the issue was, and what they were doing to fix it. Once it was done, he was very polite, asked if there was anything else I needed. Great service here, responded fairly quickly which I was impressed by. This is a great community to live at.

Dog poop everywhere, constant issues with the elevator, multiple people (who were trying to move out) including myself were trapped in it,with little to no support. The dishwasher, toilets, and washing machine constantly require maintenance. They will complain about you having your trash bin outside and threaten to fine you $25 and evict you, even though trash isn't even picked up, by the valet service they forcibly charge you for. They will also threathen to tow you for parking in spaces that are not even owned.

the property is nice, new, and spacious layout. The office was always courteous when I had issues. The office didn't seems to talk with maintenance/cleaning crews. I lived there for 3 months, the carpet in the main level of building B were disgusting and hadn't been clean the whole time I was there. White dog hair was all over the hallway and the stairwell I used. Constantly tracked it in my apartment and into my vehicle. People don't follow the trash "butler" rule and leave trash sitting out in their trashcan in the hallway all weekend. It was embarrassing and friends mentioned it resembled a dorm. The trash company also came at 5am on saturdays, seemed excessive. The location and layout is great, but have some things to work out to make it a well-oiled machine. Also, be aware of move-out charges. I lived by myself for three months. Thoroughly cleaned my apartment upon move out and was still charged $150 for cleaning, $55 for carpet cleaning, $40 for patio cleaning (which I never used once).

Living at The Heights has been a pleasant experience. There is plenty of cabinet storage space and the appliances are full size which is an added bonus. What I enjoy most is how kind and easy it has been to work with Bonnie and Gabriella.

Staff is amazing. Maintenance friendly and quick. Amenities awesome. Easy to navigate grounds and location is near everything I need and want. Little to no traffic on all hours when trying to get home. Absolutely stunning view

Great management. Helpful, understanding and on top of things. Plus the apartments square footage are very well laid out which makes them feel like a home you can live in and not a box.

It office seems very unorganized at times and doesn’t have a handle on all the things going on in the complex. Much of the building I live in and the other building is under construction but it seems like office staff and construction staff do not communicate well. Besides that the apartment is nice, the location is nice. The gym is okay except they don’t provide sanitizing wipes for equipment. Office staff is generally nice! Much better than my last apartment but this place still has some quirks to figure out.

Generally a nice place to live with exception of not being able to rely on timelines from management. Not overly noisy and a safe place to live.

Amazing new build, elevators, high ceilings, washer/dryer in unit, very spacious, best kitchens in the area, cabinets for days and built in island, 24hr large fitness area, must see.

The Heights management team are very responsive and friendly to all resident needs. Any time I have had an issue in my apartment (which isn't very often) it has been resolved within 24 hours and in a positive way. I have absolutely zero complaints about living here. It has been a very positive experience.
