There is a state of the art fitness Center in the basement. Awesome views too of the Hartford Skyline. 111 Allyn Street has a great location just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants that Downtown has to offer and if your work Downtown you can walk to work. The XL Center is literally across the street, and the minor league baseball stadium is just a five minute walk away. (note: photos in ad are of a similar unit in the building. All units have Central Air and Gas Heat (cold flat). Washer and dryer hookup for a combo electric washer and dryer - tenants need to bring their own washer/dryer. Pet Friendly: One pet allowed, must be under 40 pounds, $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Off street parking $110/mth, 650 minimum credit score, no prior evictions. Units are cold flat/gas heat.
