Giant pot hole in the front for over a year, a car can fall in it. You can smell the garbage emanating from the trash chute on ever floor. Rats by the garbage bins outside and nasty garbage stains all on the floor in the parking lot. So much garbage on the block and dog mess all over the side of the building.

Thank you for your feedback. The small dent in front of the property was professionally repaired. The odor mentioned was coming from the garbage bins of the building across the street during the summer, not from our property. That issue has also been resolved, as they now keep their bins behind their building. The temporary rodent activity was related to a demolition in the area, and we installed strong bait stations immediately, this has since been addressed as well. Our building remains clean and well-maintained. If you have any further concerns, please contact the management office.
At first, I wasn’t completely convinced because the building looked smaller from the main avenue. However, after three days of searching for an apartment around South Harrison, I decided to move into this building, and I have to say it is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It’s also the only one with security coverage throughout the day and night. The view from the 5th floor is incredible, and the train station is just a six-minute walk away. I also love the hallways, they smell great! So far, I’ve had two issues, and both of my work orders were addressed within 24 hours.
Would give 0 stars if I could, everything is broken. Gates, elevators, doors, dryers, washers, the gym. Property manager is losing many apartments. No noise reduction, can hear conversations through the walls. Save your money and look elsewhere.
This building is ok. It looks nice but the quality simply isn’t there. Something is always peeling or cracking within the unit. And I think the new property manager is on a power trip- she keeps firing the best workers which the tenants end up suffering from. THIN THIN WALLS as well. Very easy to get a noise complaint bc you can hear someone’s phone ringing from the other unit. Also a safety issue occurred here ON THE PROPERTY recently and management didn’t address the issue until about 3 days after. They take no accountability and to me lack professionalism at times when called out
It’s been a full month since I moved in and I have to say I’m so happy. I want to come and give my review…. And experiences Comparing to other new modern apartments in the area this apartment is very spacious. I had to downsize from a 2 bedroom to 1 bedroom and because of their ample closet space I only got rid of my 2nd bed.. everything is able to to fit. Staff is prompt and friendly. I submitted a work order and in 15 mins maintenance was her to address my issue.. As for the noise review.. it’s a community space that can be expected. However I really don’t hear it really loud in my apt vs when you are walking in the halls.. so your apartment is pretty well insulated (my apt is also next to a utility closet). Laundry. If you don’t overfill the dryer and dry on high heat, your clothes dry. I was able to use it twice The only complaint I have living in east orange parking is hard. The parking price is pretty hefty ($150) I know most complexes in the area charge between $50-$150, but it’s annoying extra monthly cost lol Other than that I’m happy. My dog is happy. Compare to other apartments and rising housing cost in the area this best for your buck!
I totally agree with the first person review. The walls are super thin you can hear your neighbors and you can literally hear people walking above you and even opening there closets and hear your neighbors playing loud music . The floors creak badly. Another thing for this building to be new everything is always breaking down or not working. Yes maintenance fix it’s but you will consistently be needing them to fix everything.

Place is great so far been ! been living her for abaour a month and have little complaints. Staff is great and friendly. Doorman / woman are in police uniforms so i feel safe at night. Neighbors are new as well , so what if they have loud muisc for house warming . its ok for one night i would do the same if i had fsmily/ friends here. gym is smooth. Looking forward to long relationship with this building.
This place is nicely built in the sense it’s brand new construction, however the walls are so thin you can hear everything. You can hear your neighbors conversations it’s absolutely ridiculous. The sink rusts when you wash dishes. You must wipe the sink out immediately to prevent that. The floors seem to have no noise reduction in them when people walk you can hear everything, The noise in the building is ridiculous. The neighbors are very loud and always screaming, playing music loud and partying, it seems to be a crowd of very young people in this building. However they act wild. I don’t believe the management team was thinking when they approved everyone in the building. The elevator always smells like weed and the halls. The door man they said will be coming there is not there. All types of people just come in the building as people down stair just will open the door for them. How is that safe. The laundry facility is on the second floor and a long walking distance down a long hall. The laundry facility is newly built with already some washers and dryers not working altogether or not properly. Some of the dryers don’t dry the clothing properly and it’s ridiculous, 53 minutes should be more than enough time to dry clothing. The cleaning lady can clean better. The hallway floors are not that clean. They need to be mopped and so does the laundry room. If your a cleaning lady shouldn’t this place be looking very clean. The good thing about the building is maintenance fixes your concerns promptly. The package room is a very nice added feature. The gym is very nice, but other than that you can forget about it. I will be looking else where soon as I can. I can’t Phantom living here for a very long time. This doesn’t seem all that luxury at all. It’s kind it seems a a lot lacking class.
