My husband and I have been living here for more years than I can remember. The grounds are always beautiful especially being by the water. The pool is great and well kept. Prior to covid, they would host get togethers for people at the complex to meet one another and enjoy the different events they host. The new leasing manager Francesca is always there to help with a smile on her face. These times during Covid have been tough but she makes it easier on us knowing that she’s there to help with anything that we may need. She’s a person who not only cares about her job but the people who live here as well. It makes living here so much better.

I lived here for over 2 years. Great location, grounds are beautifully maintained. Apartments are large and quiet. Pool can't be beat during the summer. Everyone - including management and staff - are great people. If you are looking, I highly advise you look here.

I love my apartment! I love the view! I love the greenery! I love the pool! I love the gym! I love the people! Never had a problem here!!!
I lost my home due to Hurricane Sandy and needed a place to live while we were rebuilding our home. We came across the development which was able to give us a short term rental as well as it accepted our two cats. What we felt would be a short stay turned into 6 years. This development was a god send , our neighbors who are like our extended family were all amazing, the grounds are impeccable and we would joke that the landscapers lived there, we held my daughters graduation party in the Anchor room and everybody in attendance could not get over the grounds. The girls in the office both Danielle and Erika are great and such a pleasure to work with. We told all of our neighbors at the time to rent here while they were rebuilding and they all felt the same. The management goes out of their way to make the residents part of a community from the summer pool party to holiday parties in the clubhouse. We loved it so much that although we have a beautiful home to move into it was bittersweet leaving the place that we felt safe during a time of crisis in our lives. The good thing is we moved our elderly parents in so we always have a reason to come back.
First off, the apartment complex are well kept and the maintenance staff was very helpful. In terms of maintenance there is one person in particular I want to make note of. George exemplifies work ethic and there is nobody who rises to an occasion more than George. However the new management that has taken over has been disappointing. When Stephanie was in charge, she was helpful and courteous and the place ran smoothly. However, when the new person arrived, Danielle, she seemed to lack the Sam candor and was not as helpful as the previous manager. While the place is wonderful to live in, be forewarned that you may not receive a hospitable response from Danielle.
I currently live at the Harbour Club and have nothing negative to say. I live with my husband and two cats in the smaller apartment but our neighbors are quiet and nice. Maintenance is always willing to help. The pool area is like a resort. I noticed the older reviews and we were scared to move but, we do not have any negative experiences here. Even our friends moved in to one of the larger apartments. Safe, convenient to all the stores, beautiful property and the perfect place to start a home, continue your life or retire.
I'm reading some of these negative reviews and just scratching my head. My wife and I lived in The Harbour Club for two years and cherished every minute of it. The maintenance staff could not get any better; they will literally come with a lightbulb and change yours if it goes out. The master bedrooms are huge and airy. Waking up in the morning and hearing the wildlife in the lake outside my apartment was a delight (it sounds like a rainforest). Not only that, Babylon Village is so close and, when we really had to, we would walk back home! We kept our little boat there and would use the pool after a day at Cedar Beach right across the bay. Oh, and there's great stores up the block — from Bed Bath & Beyond to the Looney Tunes vinyl shop. The only reason we left was because I took a job out east and the commute was too much. If you really want to get a feel for The Harbour Club just go over and ask any of the residents. People absolutely love it!
Constructed in the early 60s before prefab housing, these buildings are red brick with an old world feel. Management makes sure the buildings and grounds are well kept. The apartments have nice size rooms with plenty of closet and cabinet storage. There is an additional locked storage cage assigned to each apartment in the basement. The location couldn't be better. Just about an hour train ride to NYC and 20 minutes to the beaches.
The apartments are clean and have large rooms,a nice pool and Dock space for your boar at a reasonable fee.The Grounds are kept nice and it seems quiet .
I have lived at the Harbour Club with my family for over 10 years. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The leasing office is very friendly and responsive. Anytime I have had any problems, the maintenance staff has always been quick to respond. I have never been disappointed. Friends and family have commented on how quiet my apartment is at night. I have great neighbors and the school district is very good. The elementary school for the Harbour Club area is the best elementary school in West Babylon. I love the JHS too. I love having my own entrance to the apartment and I love the porch that over looks the water. It is a great place to live.
I have lived at the Harbour Club since 2005 and we love it here. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and the location is wonderful. My children have a safe community to live and play in! The maintenance staff is knocking at your door as soon as you submit a work order and they follow up with residence to make sure the work has been completed to our satisfaction. The Harbour Club is a rental community that makes you feel like you're living in a condo community!
After years of owning homes my wife and I were reluctant to live in a rental community but the positive experiences we’ve had at The Harbour Club changed that. We love everything about it. The beautiful grounds are peaceful and safe. The location is ideal because it close to shopping, restaurants, railroad and beaches. In addition, the terrace of our spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath unit has wonderful views of the Bergen Point Golf Course and as a boat owner, being able to keep my boat in the Harbour Club mariner is a dream come true. We learned that the key to living in any rental community is the management and found the friendly onsite staff always willing to address problems large and small, which clearly makes it a cut above the rest. I would recommend living at The Harbour Club to anyone.
I have lived at the Harbour Club for 10 years. I recently signed a new lease. The Office and Maintenance Staff always address any issues promptly.The grounds are well kept and the snow removal is great. The fee for the pool is worth the cost. They have a full time lifeguard and the pool is kept very clean. I never had a Mold problem or a bug problem. I also feel very safe here,.
If your looking for a truly wonderful place to live,you will find it at the Harbour Club in West Babylon. I have been living here for 6 1/2 years now, and could not be any happier. My apartment is a newly renovated luxury waterfront unit. I literally have a zen energy to my apartment as it is beautifully landscaped and maintained, surrounding and overlooking the water. In addition to that, The Harbour Club is truly pet friendly, which is an availability that is quite difficult to find coexisting within a clean, upscale and well maintained property. In the warm weather, the property is beautifully landscaped, and in the winter snow removal is quickly and effectively taken care of by the maintenance staff. The rental office and maintenance staff here are so very kind, friendly and efficient which translates to an always quick remedy to whatever you might need attended to and fixed. Whenever my friends and family come over to visit, they are continually amazed at the beautiful place in which I live. As a matter of fact, several of my friends have expressed an interest in moving here as well. The Harbour Club has easy access to parkways for an easy commute, there's plenty of shopping nearby, all and all you will find an easy life here. Once again, if you want a beautiful place to live, give this a try and you won't be sorry.
My husband and I moved into the Harbour Club last year and we are just coming up on a year. We absolutely love living here and are so happy we didn't rule it out based on reviews online from disgruntled tenants. The management staff is top notch, and get back to me with questions almost immediately. They have had some turnover lately, and the transition was smooth and communicated thoroughly. Our apartment is in great condition and they are eager to help maintain and do work when needed. Appliances are newer and if we have issues they are there within a day to fix it. There is absolutely NO MOLD that we have ever witnessed in our apartment, or neighbors apartment either. The amenities are wonderful and the pool was the major selling point to us. It's amazing in the summer. My only complaint is I think the pool fee is a tad excessive. Being the season only runs for 3 months, I think this should be included in the rent, since it's a bit on the higher side of rental properties, or at least be a cheaper seasonal fee. However, I did spend every free moment I had at the pool last summer. Parking is never an issue, snow removal has been outstanding, and they are dog friendly. They have areas to walk your dog on the property with doggie bag relief stations, but I tend to walk my dog by the golf course only on account of lazy neighbors who don't pick up after their dogs in the common area. Kind of annoying they don't allow dogs on the lake paths, since we love walking around the lakes. The have garages for rent, and boat slips. There are lots of reviews about fees, and security return, etc. and I think as long as you are a good tenant and follow rules, this shouldn't be an issue. Everything is clearly stated in lease agreements. I could not be happier living in this beautiful community.
My wife and I decided to rent at the Harbour Club because the grounds are beautiful and love the neighborhod. Our apartment has awesome views... and the whole complex has really nice landscaping. moved in a few months ago and service has been great....especially the snow removal. no major complaints
