It's a clean, quiet place to live with a lot of great features both in the units and on the grounds. Staff is great and highly responsive, maintenance is more on point than in any other apartment I've ever had. I've been here over a year at this point and will likely live here for several more to come.

A great place to stay. I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. A very convenient place to stay, right by the highway. As a dog owner, it was important to me that me and my dog would be able to be in a safe environment. This is it.

Such a quiet and beautiful place! My first week has been awesome from ease of move in to the community! The apartments are spacious and the community is extremely clean and well kept!
We still have unresolved bug issues in our apartment ants in the dog food, in the trash can, and honestly, everywhere. I shouldn’t have to pick up my dog’s bowl off the floor just to keep ants out of it.
It's nice living somewhere that's kept up and looks good. The location is perfect (for me). We enjoy being here. The pool and playground are a favorite for us.

Every question was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed with care. It felt less like moving into a new place and more like being welcomed home. The standards have really gone to wayside. All the nice little amenities that made this place so worth it are no longer. The clubhouse fridge that was originally for resident use stocked with waters and drinks is now used for employees, the clubhouse house feels more like their office rather than a community center. The pool has spots of mold, umbrellas have wasp nests, the deck has stains from spills, the kids playground that we were originally told would be getting covered soon (3 years ago) is still uncovered. They’ve yet to continue adding all of the other amenities that were originally promised to come with a second phase that has yet to start. Maintenance requests from hurricane damage are still not complete. They also allow residents to ride ATV’s at night all around the property, disrupting people who are trying to sleep or at least put their kids to bed. This complex was originally marketed as if it were luxury and it continues to go downhill.

The amenities are nice and the staff who work here are incredible. My only issue is the noise coming from after hours in the pool area. From time to time I've noticed a few groups who are down in the pool area even after 11pm and it becomes very loud at times.

Dog barks constantly upstairs. Have complained numerous times. Pool should be heated in winter. roaches so bad even after the exterminator came many times we finally bought our own product and have done a good job of eliminating them. Last but not least, never have a parking spot when I come home from work that is close to my unit

Really nice amenities! Complex is clean and well-maintained. Only 4 stars because sound-proofing in the apartments is not the best, so beware of this if you work from home.

It’s ok. There rarely any parking at night. I also wish there was a side walk behind our building. There’s also to much dog poop laying around the apartment complex. I also wish that most of the dog bags were by the side walk instead of in the grass (cause people don’t pick up there dog poop). But other than that the apartment is nice. The amenities are good and the staff is nice.
I love the office gals! They are sooo very helpful and nice! I’m a senior citizen and sometimes you feel like a second class person when dealing with younger folks, but I feel worthy when dealing with the young women at The Groves! ??

Never any parking spaces available when I get home from work. Pool should be heated in winter. Our shower does not drain properly. Very noisey from upstairs. Too expensive.

The staff here are always friendly and very easy to talk to when needed. The maintenance people are quick to solve any issues we're having, I'm always amazed at their response times.

Staff was great about making everything so easy to move in. Lots of amenities on site such as a pool, gym, grill area, dog wash, dog area and a place to wash and vacuum your vehicle.

It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and people are friendly here but some parts of the apartment was not done correctly like the kitchen Island the top is not connected to the bottom part so the marble top can be moved around and for the maintenance when we asked the maintenance people to come fix the washer because it makes noise like broken gears grinding when we put clothes to wash they said there’s nothing wrong with it even though we showed them a video of the washer making that noise

It is a very nice community. It is quiet and close to the highway, so it is easy for me to get to things in Orlando or Lakeland. It also has very responsive maintenance people, so it isn't long after I have an issue that they are there.

Enjoy living here! Clean, nice area with great amenities like a pool, gym, playground, and BBQ. I try to keep my toddlers' noise down, but you can hear other neighbors' footsteps too—it's apartment living! Overall, I’d still choose this place over others.

The area is nice and quiet. Really convenient to the highway and a grocery store. The actual apartment building is nice. However, there are not enough pet waste stations or at least they are in terrible spots. The noise level of my upstairs neighbor is insane, regardless of what I've mentioned or asked for help with. The community trash situation is disastrous. And, the grass is not mowed often enough. Other than that, it's a pleasure living here.

The staff have been so Cordell and helpful. I was in a time crunch to get moved and they understood and got me in quickly. I am so grateful that kind people are still trying to help others.

This complex is clean quiet and the perfect first home or family home. Pool playground cookout place and a common room with a free coffee bar Lots to do and staff is very very kind

Everything has been great and above my expectations but the only policy that i don't agree with is the no smoking on all the premises.. i totally understand and agree with no smoking in the apartment because you want to keep up the integrity of the apartment homes but there should be designated smoking areas throughout the community.. Being told to walk all the to the sidewalk outside of your community away from your home is very inconvenient.. Other than this complaint, this community is great and i can see me and my family living here for a long time to come ??

We have only been here a few weeks but we love living here. It's a nice community. Love the valet trash service. Also love the accommodations for pets. The pool has a grill that we can utilize and a park for kids.

Just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier! We love the neighborhood and proximity to both I-4 and the new Publix plaza. Kids love the pool and playground and our pup enjoys the Bark Park. There’s something for the whole family!

Super friendly, calm and safe environment. Kid and pet friendly. Trash is always picked up on time, and the dog part is always kept tidy and stocked up with trash bags.
