The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Grove at Davis
I lived there for a couple years, and I loved it, but I don’t really trust the management because they always would try to make you regret being there. Once you want to move out, they become aggressive and unhelpful. Don’t trust them, and don’t take their word, because they will never be honest. Their initial statements contradicted what my replacement tenants were later told. I did sublease my apartment for others, and the manager said the renewal lease raise would be something like 4-5%, but when the new tenants tried to get it done, they were told to renew for more than 10% of the last rate. This drastic difference was never explained, adding to the frustration and feeling of being misled.
My downstairs neighbor pounded on her ceiling whenever she thought I was being too loud, which included when I had 2 friends over to watch Jeopardy. This neighbor actively prevented me from sleeping by blaring music and pounding on the ceiling and heater, as well as slamming doors, when I walked into my bedroom to go to bed. I had to file 8 police reports for noise complaints. I also sent more than 75 emails to the management asking for help. The manager's supervisor told me that I should have moved if I was having trouble sleeping because of my downstairs neighbor. Eventually they failed to renew my lease so that they didn't have to deal with my pleas for help anymore.
