I’ve been at the Greyson for over a year and so far I love this place. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after having such a great experience. My refrigerator quit working and I put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed. After the maintenance crew determined it was toast they brought me a brand new one the very same day. Every staff member was very polite and respectful.

They have a shady deal with an energy distribution company Pioreer Energy. Essentially it's a middle man who ups the price of electricity. My bill is almost consistently $200 a month. My tiny 665 sq feet 1-bedroom where I never have the AC on or my heat over 65 degrees. So definately consider this price when considering them. Other than that it's a nice area, management is ok, people are mostly considerate. I don't like being charged $40 bucks for a trash pick up fee when I throw away my own trash and I don't like paying a common area energy fee.(usually 40 bucks as well).But most nice apartments do this now to keep their extras looking nice to attract new sales to the complex.

Overall a great place to live. Dog friendly! Carwash, basketball/volleyball court. A decent size gated pool and grills by the pool. My apartment has a nice balcony and the apartment it self is very spacious. They also have garages you can rent which I am. I would recommend!

So far I love this place. The clubhouse is always super clean. They have a nice pool table and sand volley ball court. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. The staff that runs the place is always helpful and polite with any concerns I have.
Just moved in and this place is great. The free starbucks machine is great.

I used to love living here when it was owned by Champion. Everyone was very responsive and the place was maintained well. When Nolan took over, that all changed. Staff is incompetent and untimely, communication is non-existent and grounds are kept atrociously. I feel like I live at a trash dump. You will regret signing a lease here, I promise.

Ever since champion sold the complex everything has gone downhill and fast. The landscaping has declined. Grass overgrown. Recycling never picked up on time and trash always piling up everywhere. Dog park is unkept. Will not be renewing my lease

I have 2 teenage boys and we love it here! The basketball courts, Starbucks, pool, and Hub are great. Maintenance is usually on it, sometimes you might need to wait a day or two but the team is great.

We looked at many places in the area and knew the minute we toured The Greyson was our place to call home! We moved here about 7 months ago.. We are really loving it! Here are a few things I like about the property just in our short time here: - it's a very safe neighborhood. I feel comfortable walking around the property, even in the middle of the night when our dog decides he needs to go out. - the dog park! Probably the #1 reason we moved here to be honest - our neighbors. Everyone who lives around us is friendly. No complaints about the noise around us. We can sometimes hear our neighbors closing their doors or moving on the other side of the wall. - the balcony was nice during the warmer months as we have never had outdoor space before. - the free coffee at the clubhouse is nice. - the gym. Adequate equipment and weights for a quick workout. Always very clean. - right next to the library. - after reading some other reviews I think we maybe lucked out with our location, as it is on the outer edge of the property so it's pretty quiet for us in terms of traffic and noise. We moved here in August of last year, in the middle of the pandemic so the only thing missing is the events! (Obviously not their fault). We did get to enjoy the Splash Bash for the pups. That was great! The office's response to COVID and the communications/actions taken have been great as well. The office staff is also super friendly everytime I go into the clubhouse. I really have no complaints/concerns about the community to date.

First time renting and have had a good experience thus far. Management has always been nice and attentive to any needs. Maintenance calls answered promptly. Amenities are definitely a plus...kid friendly, too! Really close to stores and restaurants. Only issue I have is that the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbor’s full conversations if you are in a room next to a room they are in. Other than that great place to live!

These are new apartments set in a great area, my apartment is beautiful! the staff have been friendly and nice, any maintenance requests I've made have been completed the same or next day. This place is great for kids too, there library within walking distance, a basketball and volleyball court and, I like that

The best renting experience I've ever had. The Greyson staff is extremely kind and helpful, the complex is beautiful, apartments are hi-tech (can control lights, temp, and lock/unlock from door from an app!), and more!! Wouldn't leave this apartment if I didn't have to move out of state, highly recommend to anyone!

This place is very nice. The amenities are extremely nice and the people that work there are very kind. In our research for an apartment for our daughter we were told over and over again that we needed to choose an apartment owned by Champion. We found that to be true! They are awesome!

Ive lived here for almost 2 yrs and the experience has been great. No major issues and if you have anissue they respond in a quick and timely manner. All office staff are plesant polite mannerable and super helpful. They respknd to messages and emails promptly. Amenities are 2nd to none and alwayz in top shape. You wont regret living here...

You really get your money's worth and more. I took awhile apartment shopping, and found this one to be the best home for me. Everything is brand new, the frontdesk staff are always available and well staffed, you have little get aways (ponds/parks/trails) within walking distance, and live only down the street from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. I love this area alot, and finding an affordable apartment that met all of my wants was very fortunate! Highly recommend! I live in a 2 bed 2 bath, and it's a very homey space. :) Goodluck hunting!

You can't find a better place then The Greyson! They're very easy to work with wonderful Apartments in a good part of Hilliard! Megan in the front office is probably one of my favorite people ever she's a delight to work with and every leasing office should have a Megan! The amenities, location, and size and layout of the apartments are a great value for the money! I rarely have maintenance requests but they always show up within 24 hours. I’ve done lots of shopping around and continue to renew my lease here. I’ve been here for two years now and plan to stay at least a couple more. I have personally referred lots of friends here and have heard nothing but rave reviews from them as well. Thank you Seth, Tim, Megan, Kali, and the rest of the amazing staff here! Greyson is a great place to call a HOME. I love this place since very first day I moved in. The staff is very professional and friendly. They are very helpful to our needs, and quick to attend to any problems that arise. Complex has a great amenities for us to enjoy. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 and its rarely crowded. Can’t forget to mension about the Columbus Metropolitan Library - Hilliard Branch, which is right next to the Greyson.
