Move - In Move in was pretty easy! We were given a packet full of information regarding amenities and other apartment information. We had a few issues with things in the apartment but they were resolved with help from staff the following days. Great experience so far!

Excellent Service Maintenance items have always been handled quickly and efficiently.

Grounds Grounds could use a little more attention. The dog stations had no bags in them for 4 days, there was a trash bag on the sidewalk by the park for 3 days

Virtual Tour was Great! Had a virtual tour with Bruce and it was great, submitted an application right after!

**Review: Extremely Disappointing Management Experience** I am compelled to share my profound dissatisfaction with the management at this property. Their handling of my grievances has been nothing short of appalling, marked by significant delays and woefully inadequate responses. To begin with, repairs that were finally completed yesterday came after over a month of inconvenience, forcing the affected resident to find alternative accommodations. This delay was frustrating enough, but the persistent black mold on the windowsill, despite their claims of remediation, only adds to the disappointment. The issue of compensation remains unresolved. While a credit of $1019.00 was offered, it falls far short of addressing the considerable upheaval we endured. Additionally, the theft of over $500 worth of mail and inadequate security measures have yet to be properly investigated or addressed. The suggestion that resolving these issues now only benefits future tenants, rather than addressing the immediate impact on us, is both disheartening and dismissive. Communication from the management has been slow and ineffective. Although they acknowledged their responsibility for the repair delays and agreed to waive late fees, the overall handling of the situation reflects poorly on their management practices. Their recent decision to stop discussing the matter altogether is unprofessional and unacceptable. In summary, this management team has demonstrated delays, inadequate responses, and a lack of genuine concern for tenant satisfaction. The minimal compensation offered and refusal to engage further on unresolved issues reveal a troubling disregard for tenant well-being. I strongly urge a reconsideration of their approach to tenant concerns and a more serious effort to address these ongoing problems.

All of the management and maintenance staff are helpful and kind. The community is well kept and overall a good place to live.

The staff is so friendly, and I love that they make a point to remember the community. The process of living here was smooth and easy. I'm extremely grateful!

the apartment, grounds, and area looks very nice. I'm enjoying the location more than anything else. we gave been living here for about a week and have had more issues everyday. nothing to do with that staff just the apartment itself. the internet/cable package should be completely changed. the internet has been by far the biggest issue. there are smaller things but I just fix them myself or keep moving along.

Ill recommend The Greens at Tryon to anyone looking for a place to stay. The floor plan in the 3 bedrooms are amazing, the staff is AMAZING, everything is kid friendly, the scenery beautiful.

The greens at tryon is a great place to live and the best complex Ive lived at before. You cant beat the price, location or customer service from the staff.

Great place to stay. Apartments are modern and up to date. Amenities are good and the community is quiet for the most part. Management is very professional, nice and responsive.

There is a serious pest problem, I have had roaches, 3 wasp nests, and ants in my apartment and deck area in the year I have lived here. I have reported the problems to the front and they will deny they have any pest problems despite photos and videos. They told me the roaches I had were water bugs and did nothing else. There’s also a big snake problem and me and my roommates killed a baby copperhead on the stairs. The apartments look nice, but they are very apathetic about pest control which is something we pay for. Also half of the gym equipment is usually broken and they really don’t care about that either. Also dog crap is piled up everywhere. I really can’t recommend this place for families with children.

The Greens at Tryon is an excellent community, providing a range of floor plans to accommodate anyone. In addition to the awesome amenities, the complex is located in a safe and convenient area. The staff members are also very attentive and personable.

Moving in to The Greens at Tryon was the best decision for me. The community is beautiful, with many many amenities and the location is perfect! I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends.

I would highly recommend the greens to anybody that is looking for an apartment! And the staff in the office is also amazing helping to figure out the best apartment for you! Rent, location, and neighborhood is optimal for older college students.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. It seems since the new leasing agency has taken over that this place has fallen apart... tenants have become worse and worse by the month, they do no enforce parking but quick to enforce their rules on a trash can they FORCE you to use, pool is not managed(people walk in from surrounding neighborhood, sometime 10 deep) nor kept as clean as it should, trash is literally piled on the side of the road constantly because they refuse to get bigger trash cans or pay for them to dump them more often, rent is never the same, front office staff are rude, slow, and condescending. We waited months and months for a new leasing office- what a joke and a waste of money. Oh, and they do not do their job properly. When they find a mistake on THEIR end, they charge you for THEIR mistake, along with making you out to be the one who made the mistake. Last time I checked it was up to the leasing office to keep up with billing and what was put into the computer on their end. SAVE YOURSELF frustration, time, happiness... move in somewhere else. This place is horrid.

Overall, a fair community. It's somewhat clean and safe. Outer stairways are never cleaned, trash disposal is almost always overflowing and disgusting while you are still charged a month trash fee to leave your trash in a gross heap. Neighbors are very noisy and staff doesn't care. It's a good location for the price which is the only plus.
