I’ve been living here for a while and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is convenient and the area feels safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, with decent amenities and a quiet atmosphere. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff is generally helpful. There are a few small things that could be improved, like the parking app is terrible, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable apartment in a good area.

The team here is always friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. My apartment is very spacious with a layout that I absolutely love. The location is also very convenient as it is close to grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Quick access to 99 and 45. This is a great place to call home.

When I moved in, the apartment was very clean. It was very quiet. However, near the pool, it was loud but gave me the sense of family. Most people in the community seem to be very close and happy.

Always something wrong with apartment most recently water coming from kitchen light switch when we came into our new apartment we noticed both granite countertops in bathroom were cracked this is definitely not luxury
I absolutely love it at the Grayson. It’s peaceful and quiet. They offer trash valet and, the pool is everything. I have no complaints whatsoever.

If you are considering relocating to spring from outside the state, consider this community. If you are a single family to no family, it's the best place to enjoy your privacy. Since I have lived in this community, I love how quiet the community, lacks crime , cleanliness, the environment is always tidy, and prompt maintenance response. Both the interior and exterior attract one. The management too created good rapport with their tenants and lastly, they work with you in time of uncertainty. I feel safe and secure since I have moved in, finding it easy to commute to places.

It is a very relaxed complex with very friendly staff! The people in the office are always very helpful and kind as well as the maintenance guys. They have been super helpful and willing to help solve any concern!

The Grayson is am excellent property to live on. I have been here 3 years and have not had any issues. The management staff: Shannon and Ashley are superb and friendly. The maintenance staff as well.

Any 4 or 5 star ratings must be fake because this complex is absolutely horrible. The layouts are nice but that's where it ends. They have staffing turnover issues and the current office staff is unhelpful and unresponsive. There are water pressure and heating issues due to them only having 1 boiler room that pumps water out to all of the apartments (no individual water heaters). The breezeways were NEVER cleaned for the entire 2 years that I lived there. The pool is always closed and not cleaned properly. There's garbage and poop everywhere. Just avoid at all costs!

The worst apartment complex ever. They do not care about your safety. We have had our vehicles broken into and also our car was STOLEN. The police informed us this happened a LOT here. Can’t wait for our lease to be up!!

The Grayson is a beautiful property, but is not worth a penny if they do not get their staffing and maintenance team up and running effectively.
