Living at this apartment has been an excellent experience from day one. The units are modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the entire rental process—from application to move-in—was smooth and stress-free. The community is peaceful, secure, and kept in great condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality living and a supportive management team.

just disgusting dirty NASTY. Trash everywhere, police there everyday! Shooting and people dying in the apts. One dumpster that’s overflowing everyday! Management is under construction every month !!!!! They don’t fix anything !

Total fabrication...the apartments are falling apart.. management won't fix things..the grounds are usually littered with trash over flowing the big over filled trash dumpster is the first thing you see.. Nasty ... poorly managed.. The description of property is a total FABRICATION... COME BY AND ASK A RESIDENT ??

Don't be fooled by the listed prices and so-called 'availability'. They have listed attractive, affordable rental prices, but when you contact them and let them know that you're serious, they will tell you that the rental price is now $200-$300 more per month than the listed price. Of course, this is because they have just "remodeled and renovated' it. Which might be okay, but then when you ask to see it (even when it is vacant) they will tell you (quite suspiciously) that you may NOT even see it, and by the way, they tell you that quite rudely. Beware. Don't be fooled, and do not be taken advantage of like that.

Unprofessional staff, unorganized, and unclean. If you want roaches as neighbors and roommates, then by all means, go ahead.

-Sidewalks constantly flood -Trash everywhere on the property including broken glass -Dog cleanup cans are ALWAYS full -Neighbors loiter even though there is a sign clearly saying NO LOITERING -Parking permits are useless. ANYBODY can park there -"Surveillance" is only on the entrance and a random dumpster and small area of the playground (good luck if someone breaks in your home) -ROACHES!!! Even though they've "sprayed" several times -my neighbor's sink water comes up through my sink -Refrigerator leaks water -Only 3 windows in the whole apartment -Long waiting periods for maintenance (might as well fix it yourself) -Front doors are knobs that belong on the INTERIOR -Paint started chipping on walls, doors AND the bathtub within the first 2 months

This property has seen its " heyday" once upon a time this property known as Horizon plaza Apts, was landscaped and very beautifully accented with tall globe lights on every corner, mailboxes were located outside your door, and the scenery was spectacular, ??, its an old hood now and disgusting

They advertised this apartment complex as if it was a 5 star...I'm surprised it hasn't been reported. Processes are never followed up on, no callbacks from the office, SLOW response time, and the environment is nowhere near decent.

There is always trash outside and broken glass. Maintenance does NOT do their job and neither does the office manager. It's been problems ever since I moved here. Glad the lease is up.

Garbage sitting out everywhere and lack of property care.

Rental property staff is very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. Highly recommend a customer service class or some sort of customer support service.

Rex was terrible and very unorganized had me waiting for an apartment and 10 days before move in to me that the apartment has been rented to someone else and i would have to wait 2 months for an available unit ! Do not call please go up or call the local number (757) and ask leasing specialist do not talk to Rex or anyone that’s out of town they do not know wth the doing !!!!
