Glad we popped in here and were able to tour without an appointment. Great customer service and so far so good with my new unit!
My roommates and I moved out of The Grand in September after providing our forwarding address with advance notice and leaving our apartment very clean. We received a "Resident Refund Notice" from The Grand stating that we were owed a refund within 30 days of receipt of the letter. It has now been 3 months since we moved out, and we have not received this money that is owed to us. We have reached out to The Grand about our refund check 6 separate times. They keep saying they will "reach back out to the accounting department" about this. It is extremely disappointing that we followed our lease agreement fully, but The Grand is withholding this refund that they owe to us. Please keep this in mind if you are considering signing a lease agreement with this community.

Cons Smell from factory is Terrible it’s hard to get smell out your apartment. Neighbors don’t care they’re going to smoke weed. Hate the smell especially being woken up to it in middle of night. People don’t pick up after their dogs ! They do not keep hallways and stairways clean. Only the ones they show you on the way to look at the models. Staff will be nice until you sign your contract. Manager is the only one that hasn’t given me attitude when I go to office for help but unfortunately isn’t always there so dont even feel comfortable bringing up the issues I have, last time I did office assistant got snappy and rude with me. just waiting til my lease is up to get out! Dog park is tiny and mostly dirt. Guest parking is very limited. If you call they most likely won’t answer. Oh every-time the train passes your apartment shakes with it. Pros Parcels are nice they even have refrigerated ones. Dog bath is a plus my dog sheds a lot so it’s nice to have a place to give him a bath. Pool and gym are nice. Location is nice( next to academy, target, etc.) apartments are nice and updated.

This place, the grand at Stonecreek, is absolutely horrible. The staff is unprofessional. Work-orders will say completed when in reality they are not! The buildings shake at random times throughout the day, it feels like an earthquake! The smell from the water treatment plant less than 100 ft away is horrendous! There are hundreds of dollars in hidden fees awaiting you!
