The front lobby is breath taking. Mr. Westley greets you with a warm smile. The leasing staff is excellent. Ms. Lisa scheduled my initial appointment/ tour. I was impressed by the grand staircase that leads to the second-floor lounge. Cozy, spacious, indoor and outdoor areas to work from home, watch the Eagles, visit with friends and workout. 4th of July was amazing! We enjoyed grilling, dancing, and games from our rooftop oasis.

We have lived in 3 different Philly apartments, toured over 15 others, and have visited many other buildings that friends live-in…so believe me when I say this building truly deserves a 5-star review. Cleanliness - by far the cleanest building that we have seen in the city. Everyday the cleaning crew are cleaning windows, doors, elevators, floors, and all common areas. The gym always smells fresh and you can tell the floor/equipment is wiped down daily. For someone who cares deeply about living in a clean space, this is by far the cleanest building I have seen (including my friends apartments in other buildings). Management/Leasing/Maintenance - If you have an issue, they will help. Period. When we have a maintenance request, it’s taken care of the same day or the day after…and they always follow up to make sure there aren’t any issues after the fix. Everyone is extremely kind, courteous, helpful, and truly makes this apartment feel like home. Management hosts different events in the building to mingle and meet other people. Through those events we’ve actually met another couple that has become one of our closest friends. Apartments - Beautiful. Spacious. Great views. Open concept. Best apartment we’ve seen in the city. Overall, this building and the people that work here easily deserve 5 stars. Thank you Granary team, for making us feel at home! PS- Lisa in the leasing office is the best and is always helpful! I did my homework. The Granary provided the best value for price of any apartment building in Philadelphia. It’s modern, has units with outdoor space, reasonably priced parking, a good gym, great location (near Target and Whole Foods) and it’s clean (always)! Need I say more.

they changed their manager, he is worse. He towed my car without any notification such as Email. He is very rude,he threatens me that he will cancel my contact now and expel me to my apartment. I am very disappointed to The Granary. Since he was there, the maintenance becomes bad!! I still remembered that before he works here, we always had clean up windows notification and changed the filter.

Return Five start back as parking garage issue solved. The manager Kara Halligan is very helpful and patient when I need help. Even in her lunch time she still help my case. She is definitely a great manager . I believe she will improve the granary residents' satisfaction. Also the leasing office and front desk always nice and gentle. The building has Package Concierge which offer correct and fast package pick up. I and my friend lost two package before, but never lost again after the package concierge installed. By the way , another great point is the building has different restaurants downstair offer special l 10% off for residents in the granary.

Lived in the city burbs and had no idea that I would have the chance to begin live anew after my children went to college. I live across the street from the Barnes Museum, the most beautiful collection of art in the world...I never even cared for impressionists, but one step in the Barnes changed that. The block is incredible. Vetri Pizza is the best pizza other than Naples. The building and my apartment are light-filled beautiful art.
This is a great location in Philadelphia...the building is brand new and is loaded with amenities, modern apartments with hardwood floors, open floor plans and the building has a very helpful staff...
