very clean apartments are very nice and location is great but a little loud

The staff tries very hard to keep the building clean. Management periodically provides entertainment such as pool parties. Security is good; I suggest having cameras at strategic points such as outside entry doors and elevator doors.

Gramercy is probably the perfect location for Glenwood South living. Great access to the strip, friendly staff, good amenities, easy parking.... I'm not sure what else I would want?

I can’t say enough great things about The Gramercy! From the moment I toured the building, I knew this was the perfect place to call home. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The building and parking garage are way more secure than some other apartments. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a short commute to anywhere in the city. What truly sets The Gramercy apart, though, is the incredible leasing staff. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Anthony!! They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests promptly, or organizing fun community events, they make living here an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-managed apartment in downtown Raleigh with an exceptional team behind it, I highly recommend The Gramercy!

Great apartment complex with all the necessities in a great, walkable area!

Gramercy is one of the finest building type of that. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. It has the best quality amenities I’ve seen and if there’s any issues maintenance fixes it same day. Highly recommend moving here

Grady from the leasing office did a great job of providing information during my tour of the building and handling the leasing process. The building is very well maintained, provides very nice amenities, and is in a great location with great views.

The Gramercy has everything you could possibly need at a prime location in Raleigh.

The Gramercy is a beautiful apartment complex with high-tech features/ammenities. The kitchen in 2-bed apartment is big with lots of counter space. Big closets, bathrooms... lots of storage space!

I have really appreciated the helpfulness and promptness of the community staff in answering all of the questions that I have had! The move-in process was very smooth and I was impressed with how the staff handled all the details!

When deciding to move to Raleigh, from Boston, I flew down here and toured 9 apartments in the area. The Gramercy was the clear front runner after touring it first. I went and toured 8 other places and non came close to convincing me to move anywhere but The Gramercy. The staff is super helpful and friendly, the building is super clean and new, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to move here.

If you are thinking of moving in... come by the pool on a Saturday or Sunday when it's warm! Literally over 100 people crowd the pool. They drink & blare music from morning until night. Most of these individuals don't even live @ the property. They sneak in the back gate. If you are looking for a safe, peaceful downtown living arrangement... this isn't it!

If you are a young professional or student that is thinking about moving to The Gramercy, BE AWARE. This apartment does not understand that people may have to move for various reasons (work, school, personal, etc...) and makes you pay THE FULL REMAINING PORTION OF YOUR LEASE. While the amenities may be nice, you are going to be in trouble if you need to move.

I moved in late September and have had a good experience! Very nice knowing you are the first to live in your unit & everything is brand new. Though still under construction and learning with their first residents the first couple months, it was still great, and that is over now. The staff is AMAZING - super friendly and efficient. If you have an issue it is often solved same day. They also host awesome First Friday and Resident events which really make you feel like part of a community! Location is also key right on Glenwood South - great access to local bars and restaurants & as a Gramercy resident you get good deals! Win win. Would definitely recommend if looking to move Downtown Raleigh!

Great place to live! The management team is awesome. The property is still very new and, as others have mentioned, that has created some issues (alarms going off, doors not working, punch items, etc.), but the front office team and service team are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They hold a lot of events for residents, which creates a feeling of community among the residents. I would recommend to anybody looking to live in the Glenwood South area!

I moved in in the middle of August and was told the pool, fitness room, and club house would be finished by September 1st... AND THEY WERE WOOO!!! The staff here is amazing and after looking through 15 or so apartments in the area, The Gramercy blew them out of the water. The layout of the apartments are unique and spacious, the pool area and clubhouse are stunning, and the fitness area has high quality machines. Had a few small issues in the beginning with elevators and fire alarms but with it being a new apartment I knew there would be some small problems in the first few months living here. If you happen to have any issues, the staff and maintenance are willing to fix it that day. Another great part of the gramercy is all the events the staff puts on and the discounts I get at local businesses and restaurants for being a resident. While the complex isn't perfect just yet, the stuff they are finishing up (top floor and business center) are making progress and look to be opening soon. While I've only been living here a month, I love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place downtown.

Friendly hard working staff does not make up for lack of promised amities and a building with issues like fire alarms going off at all hours, elevators that don't work, and instead of secured access it is an all access building. I moved in July 16th and was told the building would be finished by the end of the month. They had 150 people working on this then. The week after I moved in construction all but stopped. Many of the amities areas still look almost the same as they did 2 months ago. It is sad that a place with so much positional is so bad.
