It is as different as night and dat from our former neighborhood. People around us take care of themselves and look out for each other. Maintenance staff have been prompt and helpful. The office staff frequently offer community gifts, for example, free breakfast, Halloween candy, etc. When I'm walking my dogs at night, I feel the need to watch out for wild animals and not so much wild people. So far, it's been a pleasure.

Nice place to live. One draw back is the breaking in of cars & parts stealing from cars. The rental office staff are pleasant and keep tenants informed of certain rental rules and regulations.
A peaceful, safe and noise- free community. Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests. My family have been here for about two years now and we truly love it. Will recommend to family and friends.

Been here almost 4 years the neighborhood is peacful and my son loves his school. Love the convience of the shopping center and mall being close by. The animeties being changed to monthly and the water bill constantly rising make it a bit hard but having a peace of mind is worth it i guess.

Since I moved here in 2020 I really enjoyed living here. There's a few things that could be better but is with any property. But since 2023 these new residents moved in with 7 cars and they do not drive but two. Sometimes they only drive 1. So all the other cars sit for weeks and days at a time preventing others from parking near there house. So unfair. I came home one night and no parking spaces I had to park near the rental office. 7 bush mill court they need to go or there cars need to go
Location is perfect. Neighbors are decent for the most part. Even though there isn’t a gym or game room, you get to play house like a homeowner. Staff are friendly and get their job done. Hidden gem!

Outside area is well maintained. Maintenance does a lot of fixing up of defective appliances but no replacement. Maintenance always response to your request in a timely manner, My area is quiet and I love the peacefulness. What I hate the most is the mice problem.

office staff are number one, especially Miss Tiffany who likes to help everyone like her family. from the first day I moved in, I have had some concerns in the apartment i called the office the send the maintenance team they took about 30 minutes to look into issues and fix it.

I was given the keys to move in and had my first walk through on that day after requesting multiple times to see my unit. I was never sent a welcome email and found out about my move in money on that day. I couldn’t stay in the first night due to the tub being done and I was told by maintenance that I had to stay out of the house for almost 24 hours. I had a large list of items that needed to be fixed yet I was charged for my move in date.

Maintenance is great, but too understaffed, there is a wire outside of my unit which when frozen has been dangerous and source of trips . I have bad feet, where expensive shoes, and tired of the constant poop everywhere. Trash, don't baby, we're like.We don't work hard to pay to live here, It's all just becoming incredibly unacceptable. And just nasty,! Front office at my complex is always nice and helpful.

Had a bit of a minor maintenance issue upon moving in but Dustin the maintenance guy was very prompt and professional he got on top of it and made sure the job was completed fast and correctly, he also checked in after to see if I needed anything else. The walls are thin but once you get used to realizing the neighbors aren’t in your home other than that it has been quiet so far.

The staff is very friendly, and neighborhood is relatively quiet! Overall we enjoy living here. We feel quite safe and secure in our place. We have no major complaints.

The area is nice but the appliances are very old and outdated need to upgrade all appliances immediately. Maintenance is the most friendliest of the entire company.

Community is well kept - very clean. The maintenance men are always on top of request. My children loves the pool and playground. Very nice neighbors.

On time maintenance service, nice area where I live very convenient to all stores and gas stations. Plan to stay a little longer then I had planned.

My townhouse was not up to par when I moved in. I put in 6 maintenance requests and the one that was needed the most was the shower lever was broken and I couldn’t take a shower for several days because the repair that was done didn’t fixed the problem and a new faucet was ordered and installed. From that point on I was able to enjoy taking showers.

It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood with great staff working in maintenance and the office! I would definitely recommend renting here to friends.
Staff to neighbors are wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Very Clean. Love the inclusion the staff puts together to make residents feel homey. . especially having the food truck
This is the first time I have lived in a Townhome community and for the most part this past almost 4 years have been good. I appreciate every morning there is a member of the grounds staff picking up any trash in the court. Interacting with the rental office has been a really good & cooperative experience.
Best place I’ve ever been.. I really love this place and holding on to renewing my lease. I love how the staffs and people around recognize everything
I love living here. Nice quite neighborhood with close access to the city. The staff is friendly and always quick to help if needed. The rate is affordable with amenities.
