I'm not sure who is giving this company these fake reviews but it's not true. This place is nasty and disgusting. First of all the appliances are at least 20 years old. The apartments are not clean when you move in. The neighbors walk dogs and never pick up, trash is smelling and always piled up at the dumpster, gates are , broke, the units are poorly insulated so your utility bills will be expensive and beware of mold. Please be aware that the company does not tell you up front that when you move out, you will receive a bill for water and sewage 2-3 months back and also they will charge you for cleaning the carpet $150 even though there is no issue with the carpet. This adds up to an additional bill from them of about $300 after move out so don't expect a deposit refund.

This charge is only applied when appropriate and is also referenced in the lease and move-out documentation. We understand that shared spaces like trash areas and pet relief areas can impact your experience, and we work with our teams and vendors to address these issues promptly. If you ever felt your concerns were not heard during your residency, we apologize—that is never our intention. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future home.
We are loving our unit so far. We had a big issue and pest control was quick to respond. Everything is accessible and the website is easy to use.

Love my apartment, decent fitness room, friendly office staff, & I love the complex location. I wish the gate(s) locked though. Also, I don't know why people are too lazy to walk to a dumpster and throw their trash away. Otherwise I'd give it five stars.

The roaches are unstoppable, there is literally no fix to stopping them in my kitchen and also i spotted big german roaches in the lawn in front of me.

The Gio Apartments are night and day from our old apartment complex! My husband and I love it here! The maintenance guys are the best when it comes to having things in our apartment promptly fixed! We are definitely looking forward to spending time at the pool this summer!

I've been here for 8yrs. Love the location close to everything you need to get to. 75 and all the local stores. The community is pretty quiet and the landscape is kept up very nice

I am disabled and just had breast cancer, and it seems very trivial but they change my light bulbs for me because I can't means all the world to me. The office made that choice to do that and I can never thank them enough.

Pretty property with lots of amenities. The rent is competitive for the area, too, which is nice. The downsides are that my neighbors are very loud and there is not always open parking by my building.

It’s home. My kids like it here. It’s been a pleasant living experience overall. Everything is fairly well maintained. There’s little things that could be better, like painted over breaker box which made it a little difficult to open when a breaker blew.

Super clean all the facilities I love that the environment is too quiet I can be relaxed all the time if I want it and not to mention the neighbors no one makes noise everyone is totally respectful and quiet the atmosphere of the whole complex is very good.
