I like the community. Very family friendly and clean for the most part. It would be better if the pot holes could be fixed. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful and I really like the package room.

Could be better but front staff has switched out numerous of times in one year living hear. I think everyone is new and don’t know what they are doing.

Gio apartment is having very nice environment and very greenary as well as well organized all facilities. Gio apartment gym equipments also very good condition as well as nice swimming pools.

Really nice and calm place to live, there is so many families around and outside that makes me feel super comfortable at all times a day to be outside

Fairly nice apartments but they should work more on answering emails and calls and to be honest about everything regarding the apartment before we move in and sign the lease other than that it’s pretty good

Living in these apartments has been a good place and a good living area for me and my family. It also has had good options for the community.

So far, everything has gone smoothly. Gaining points for paying rent is fun! And the front desk is always there for questions. Our apartment was very clean when we first moved in. I have to say I really like the floors! I also can’t wait to decorate our patio for holidays. Loving the Gio!

I've been here for 8yrs. Love the location close to everything you need to get to. 75 and all the local stores. The community is pretty quiet and the landscape is kept up very nice

Great place to live. Could do better with the dumpsters since Valet Trash don't come on two of the most important days Friday & Saturday. And it's a gated community but gates never work.

I am disabled and just had breast cancer, and it seems very trivial but they change my light bulbs for me because I can't means all the world to me. The office made that choice to do that and I can never thank them enough.

Pretty property with lots of amenities. The rent is competitive for the area, too, which is nice. The downsides are that my neighbors are very loud and there is not always open parking by my building.

It a comfortable and cosy place to live especially with infants .My daughter loves go roam round in walking are and park .we love the interior of apartment since it’s correctly setup.

It’s home. My kids like it here. It’s been a pleasant living experience overall. Everything is fairly well maintained. There’s little things that could be better, like painted over breaker box which made it a little difficult to open when a breaker blew.

So far I have had a great experience. The staff up front are quick to help and answer questions. The issues I had in my apartment were all handled in a timely manner. Looking forward to my residency here.

Super clean all the facilities I love that the environment is too quiet I can be relaxed all the time if I want it and not to mention the neighbors no one makes noise everyone is totally respectful and quiet the atmosphere of the whole complex is very good.

It’s a nice apartment complex. I’ve notice that it’s pretty calm and we have kids playing around. It’s a nice place to live due to the calmness

Geo Apartments offer great service! Maintenance is quick and efficient, staff is friendly, and support is always available when needed. A smooth, hassle-free living experience.

Locality is good. Pet friendly. But entry sliding gates do not work and need repair. US75 very close making it easy for work commute or even going to different states.

Parking is always miserable, trash is confusing and has caused some unwarranted fees that were refunded. Appliances and amenities are at least a decade behind similar communities.

A beautiful and diverse community. The neighborhood is alive; residents sit on their balconies and watch the young ones play, parents go on late night walks, and the City of Plano is even sponsoring an upcoming block party! Our community shares pictures of their precious babies and dogs to our shared photo album. The management even posts votes for what kind of tea we want to see in the lobby! (I hope chai wins) Whether it’s the afternoon parking lot where some gather or the early morning bus stop at the front gates, I can’t help but get a sense that we are looking out for each other’s kin at all hours. I can say with confidence this is a wonderful and safe community to raise your family.

Gio apartment is very nice environment to live people as well as very wide roads as well as many shopping stores in gio apartment and very near by Plano event center

I love my home, the way it's laid out and it just makes since. The office always makes us aware of everything to do with our community. Grounds are taken care of and so are our apartments if anything goes wrong they will fix it right away.

The Gio Apartments are in a good location with easy access to I-75. Entrance gates don’t always work and cars drive fast through the complex. Rent is decent and not too expensive. Work orders get taken care of within a few days to a week.

This society offers a well-maintained, secure, and peaceful living environment with excellent amenities. The management is responsive, ensuring timely maintenance and smooth services. A great community for a comfortable lifestyle!

1st day moved in and the apartment is amazing! So spacious! Maintenance was attentive on our first day! We love the quick service! So excited to spend the next year here!

Would love more doggy stations around the complex! They are too spread out and the walk isn't very nice when it's super cold outside. Other than that no complaints here!

Just moving in. The staff where nice. The apartment was clean and ready to move into. Looking forward enjoying all the pools this summer and the cafe.

Its pretty good average with pool and good view and we love it here sometimes frustrating but overall its goof to be here willl recommend my friend

Great apartments also maintained well, office staff is on top of everything. The grounds are maintained well also, the appliances are stainless steel and carpet all through my apartment and I have a fireplace.

The apartment is a very good economy building, very affordable, and decent place. The inside is very cute and good space. my favorite is the kitchen and the big mirror!

Improvement have been made to make things better. Maintenance guys are friendly and good to work with. I appreciate the guy that does the trash, but it is unsightly to see all that garbage always poring out of the dumpster.

Seewan had done a great job on our ticket. He done everything with patience… and his Communication with also good. He came and looked into the issue and came with the perfect tools to fix those.

Great community and it has been peaceful living here so far I love the area and that we are closer to every thing that’s we need it has been very convient

My family and I lived here since ‘2019 and felt so welcomed and safe.. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. And the staff is very nice and understanding. The Gio really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution.

This was a very good experience staying here. All issue are resolved promptly. Staff are resolving any issues quickly. I am happy staying here.

Nice and big apartments. Maintenance is really nice. I love that it is close to the grocery store and other major retailers. The property is clean, and the landscaping is nice.

Community has good facilities and park area is really good for children to spend evening times and they conducts good events occasionally at lounge area

The cleanliness of the buildings and the units upon move in is not the best by any means. Although the community is nice and they often have nice communal events. And the price is pretty decent.

Gio maintenance improved Lot compare to few years back. Mostly on cleaning part they have done last year proper cleaning which clears all the dirty on rails and the down side area too

Convenient location and easy access to the freeway and stores. I feel the appliances need to be updated in all units without an increase in rent

Great place, quiet with a friendly community. Clean and inviting, the floorplans match any needs and the approval process is the fastest that I have ever seen

Overall Improvement seen from last year, roads needs to be fixed , strict penalties should be levied on folks not making community clean, Front gates should be closed like earlier

Very nice and quiet place, I just moved in and I'm still knowing and checking around, front desk is very friendly and nice, the entertainment areas are nice very spacious, can't wait for summer and try their pools
