While it may be next door to a legendary mouse and the ornate castle of a storybook princess, Platinum Triangle attracts those who prefer Ducks and Angels. This district is home to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center -- home to the Angels baseball team and the Anaheim Ducks hockey team, respectively. The neighborhood is located in the triangle formed by the intersection the Santa Ana and Orange Freeways. The Santa Ana River, along with the Santa Ana River Trail and Bikeway, extends along the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
The Platinum Triangle started out as an industrial area, but today it is filled with luxury apartment communities and palm trees. It is quickly becoming a popular mixed-use neighborhood, with street-level shops and restaurants lining wide sidewalks. For more shopping, residents head south to the nearby Outlets at Orange. The Platinum Triangle sits between the Anaheim Resort area and Downtown Orange, providing easy access to both.

Property Ratings at The George
I moved in January and the pool tv was working great but I had heard reviews from other tenants that it constantly breaks, sure enough in March the tv broke and has been broken since. Management has said they are waiting on parts but its been almost 5 months now.. Also no designated parking so if you get home after 6PM you will be going around and around the garage till you get to the 5th or 6th floor. They also only give you about 6-7 guest parking passes a month and if your guest doesn't have a pass it WILL get towed and street parking is non existent. All that aside, management is very friendly and they seem on top of everything else. Community is great, definitely on the younger side, who like to have fun at the pool on weekends and drink. The gym and beer garden (when open) are also really nice!

The Management is a disgrace: -Packages stolen on a regular basis (security cameras conviently don't see anything suspiscious) and the security doors break without fixing them. -Management has a racket going where you are, essentially, forced to use one of the Luxer-lockers; If you leave your packages in there for more than a day, you will be charged $10/day. -Garbage rooms reek of decomposing matter. -Very noisy neighbors. -Parking sorts aren't enforced. -Extremely expensive for what you pay for.

The George is by far is best luxury living in OC. Not only the endless resort style living, High end amenities, plus convientatly located at Angel's stadium, restaurants, shops and more! The Leasing office staff extremely knowledgeable and professional.

If you plan on moving here, I suggest a unit on the outside and not a courtyard unit. It is the equivalent of living in a dog kennel and sorority house. Management has done little to fix this issue and has ignored my emails with the exception of one. The courtyards also give a lovely view of everybody's storage on their patio, for example the dirt bike that is now the centerpiece outside our window. The road to leave The George also gets blocked off every time there is a game, meaning if you wanted to go to the left side of the stadium, you have to drive around it completely. I would only move here if dog barking and the stadium traffic would not bother you. Residents also tend to treat this place like the rent is half of what it is. Regardless of how thick the walls are, we get woken up multiple times a week due to shouting/screaming, dog barking, and bass.
I just toured The George today with my future roomie and we're definitely leasing! The property is amazing, we're super excited about the rooftop pool, and the manager who toured us, I think her name is Sirad, was super sweet. We're really indecisive and she was kind and patient enough to show us all the different 1 and 2 bedroom styles. We can't wait to live in a brand new apartment, highly recommended!
