Property Ratings at The Garden Court
It's an ok place to live, lots of natural light in my unit. But the biggest problem is the noise traffic, the gunkies that tweak out on the empty lot next to the apartments, and ocational car break-ins. One time in the morning when I was taking my trash to the dumpster there was a gunkie inside the dumpster! I ran away quickly up to my unit. My roommate also saw a gunkie in the bushes right next to the covered parking. A few months ago there was a hit and run in the front parking area, fyi. And there is always a van parked on the other side of the emtpy lot from dusk to Dawn, there's obviously people sleeping in there I haven't seen them do anything but I'm always a bit wary because it's a very short walk to the cars parked in the covered parking.
