I have had a great experience at the Gabriel. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents and to the maintenance and cleanliness of the building. One thing I appreciate is how quickly they respond to requests submitted through the resident portal.
Been here since 2023 and on a second leasing contract . This maybe my last year here for 15 months depending on finances but until then I will enjoy it
The staff here is wonderful. They are quick to address your needs or concerns. They do a great job maintaining the amenities on site. I would recommend living here.
Great experience here! This is my third time renewing my lease. It's a very new building so it's very well kept. They are also really good at being available in case anything comes up such as a maintenance request or anything else.
We have had a great experience overall. There were a couple of issues but they were addressed and fixed right away. The staff is friendly and the community is beautiful. We enjoy the way events are put together to bring the residents together and also provide an opportunity for the staff to mingle with the residents.
A lot of restrictions and rules, Makes for an unwelcoming environment. Neighbor upstairs smokes MJ and smell lingers through the vents. Parking restrictions suck. Amenities have been kept nice (Gym). A lot of noise from Bonita and Garry street. Location to the freeways is good.
Great place to live in with lots of great amenities and very clean apartment complex. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, doing their best to involve everyone in the community with their food trucks and or pop up events.

I truly enjoy living here at The Gabriel. Though there has been a few hick ups overall I give the Gabriel a 9. The few things I would like changes are parking for guest. And a better process for keep trash shut areas cleaner. I wish they had the fob entrance for trash area so that way the office could see who left the mess by the fob reporting.

Disappointed - When we moved in it was all glitz and glitter. Love the amenities' and loved that it was a non-smoking property. I don't even mind if its pet friendly, as my kids have pets, so if they visit, they can bring their furry friends. My issue is with the lack of respect from other tenants, not all, but many! They smoke on property, they let their pets go potty wherever they want, ignoring posted signs, (I've even seen dog poop in the hallway inside the complex), and sometime let them off leash, which is against the California leash law. They also can't take an extra step or two to put their trash down a shoot, versus just throwing it on the floor. We have complained to management, sent photos, seen signs go up, but nothing is changing. Either management doesn't care or doesn't know how to hold tenants accountable. This complex has such great potential, but I see it going downhill. Not to worry though, as soon as I can, I will be moving. What a shame!

Residents are minded of our policies and procedures via emails as well as at the time of move in. As a multi-family dwelling, there are always neighbors that periodically fail to follow policies and procedures. As mentioned, there are signage placed throughout the community. There are also several pet waste stations around our community. We appreciate residents reporting these incidents in order for us to assist with addressing them accordingly. I would be cautious before moving into The Gabriel. While the tour makes it look great, we’ve been here less than 3 weeks and the reality of being a tenant here has been a disappointment thus far. Also, there are a bunch of hidden additional costs, so make sure you read every page of the 86 page lease!!
