It's calm it's quiet there's wonderfully nice neighbors if things break they fix it there's good pest control one of the better units I've lived in pet and family friendly and safe

My husband and I have been here almost 13 years and we just love the staff and there helpfulness. Grounds are tidy and clean staff very friendly, maintenance very efficent and kind. Very close to shops eateries and parks. Very nice neighbors just love it here

For the most part everything is fine. Just wish they elaborated on the internet fee. Although we have our own internet service we are still being charged a fee through the apartments for the initial hookup. The amenities are great, the neighborhood is good since it's close to so many stores and restaurants. As well as a lake park and schools, if you have children. I will say now with all the pricing being included, I feel like it's kind of steep.

So far so good, very spacious living and dining room. There's plenty of counter space in the kitchen. Washer/ dryer room pretty big with room for detergent and necessities, and the heater works great. Great closet space!!

Way too expensive but chill place. Everybody stays in there own lane. People don't have alot of company at least not around me. There are always available cover parking even if I have to walk a little bit, atleast I can get one always.

The office staff are absolutely wonderful! Miss Nina is a darling, and Miss Cathy is very business-like and professional... and they'll take care of you/your issue if they can. The maintenance crew isn't too bad either, especially if you don't feel they're obligated to be overly nice to you! No ones rude, rather, they are simply distant, and focused on doing their jobs. Overall the Gables is affordable, has friendly to professional staff, is willing to be reasonable with their residents, and is located in a very quiet neighborhood (close by an elementary school actually). A definite win for any potential renter!

So far we have loved our new apartment! It was nice and clean when we moved in. The front office staff have been very helpful with any requests. There are two pools on site and a 24 hour fitness center! There are dog stations everywhere to pick up your business. Best part is there is also FREE covered parking. Feeling like home already!

It has been 5 months and things are still going well. Although I feel like my ac could be more energy efficient... not so great. All of the units have a different type of ac. Guess that's expected though.
