I’ve had a generally positive experience at The Foundry at Mashburn Village. The living environment has been comfortable, and the community overall is great. Move-in could have been smoother, some minor maintenance issues were missed during the pre-inspection, and using the front door for moving furniture in was more difficult than expected. I’d also appreciate clearer guidelines on quiet hours for things like vacuuming. That said, everything was manageable. The leasing staff have been great, responsive, professional, and quick to help resolve any issues that came up.

Everything has been a smooth move in. I have had no problems with the gates or doors. My hook ups were easy and quick and the apartment was clean and ready. The areas surrounding the buildings are clean and kept up. The pool is beautiful as well.

The townhome is great, the Cleaning crew didn't do a good job when we first moved in but other than that the staff has been great and responsive when asked any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is amazing. Anything asked they are on it and its taken care almost immediately.

The apartment complex offers top-tier facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and ample parking space. The common areas are clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal. The apartment itself is modern, with high-quality finishes, spacious rooms, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-designed with contemporary fixtures. So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Really great community, Its has been great so far. my husband and I moved in about two months ago and currently settling in. The office manager Adriana has been a great help with our moving in process.

Very disappointed on how the management on the property doesn’t care about how it is maintained. They also don’t in force any of the rules all they do is just send out emails reminding every one of what not to do. There are people that smoke cigarettes and pot on the property and nothing is ever done about it. With the amount of rent they are charging more needs to be done. The dog waste cans are still not being empty on a regular basis they are overflowing a lot. The lack of cleaning on the property is very bad there.

I have been living at the Foundry for about 2 months and so far I have no complaints. The leasing office staff have responded quickly to any questions or concerns I have had, the residents are friendly, and the amenities are great and well taken care of.

beautiful apartments and very well maintained. the only downside is more about the people noise wise which is what you get from living in a apartment. i love it here besides that one downside

10/10 love living here so much. Since we’re in building 1000, we literally have all of the amenities at our doorstep and couldn’t be happier. My only complaints are people that don’t clean up after their pets and use the pet waste stations as trash cans but that’s okay!

I’ve been living at this Apartments for about a year and overall, my experience has been positive. The location is ideal, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe both day and night. The building itself is well-maintained, with modern layouts and plenty of natural light, though the walls are a bit thin, making noise from neighbors occasionally noticeable. The amenities are great, including a gym, rooftop lounge, and a pool, all of which are kept clean and functional. Parking is secure, and the in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. The management team is friendly and responsive; when I had a minor maintenance issue, they addressed it quickly. While there are some small downsides, like the noise, I would still recommend Foundry at Mashburn Village to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

So far it s been great. The maintenance crew are on point with repairs we may have needed and extremely helpful. The cleaning crew that cleans the apartments/ townhomes really need to be checked up on. They did not do a good job at all when we moved in.
