This is such a beautiful community and everything for the most part feels very convenient. Elevators make moving in soo easy! Although sometimes seeming out of the way, it helped a lot. Also, the parking lot can get quite packed at times which is unfortunate but normally pretty ideal for an apartment.

I really love living here. Aside from my noisy upstairs neighbors I don’t have any complaints. I enjoy the upgrades done in the gym and the pool area usually is clean and nice. Also being able to grab a coffee on the way out is nice too.

Outdoor grills there are only 3 onsite and one had an empty propane tank and the other two didn’t have propane tanks at all. Very frustrating when you go to prepare dinner and nothing worked. Also not sure why they did not run gas lines instead of propane tanks.

My experience with the Foundry has been very positive. The entire property is impeccably clean and clearly well cared for. The gated entry adds a real sense of security and peace of mind, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a huge bonus: the on-site gym is modern and convenient, the rooftop seating is quite nice, etc. My unit itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and high quality in every respect. Overall, everything about this place feels welcoming, secure, and well-managed.

Property is not being maintained and staff does not fix and problems. Lack in communication with residents. When there are events they are very poor planed and just not good.

It's great! Love the amenities! The place is clean and the maintenance people are on top of every issue. We chose a great spot to stay. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I’ve had a generally positive experience at The Foundry at Mashburn Village. The living environment has been comfortable, and the community overall is great. Move-in could have been smoother, some minor maintenance issues were missed during the pre-inspection, and using the front door for moving furniture in was more difficult than expected. I’d also appreciate clearer guidelines on quiet hours for things like vacuuming. That said, everything was manageable. The leasing staff have been great, responsive, professional, and quick to help resolve any issues that came up.

Everything has been a smooth move in. I have had no problems with the gates or doors. My hook ups were easy and quick and the apartment was clean and ready. The areas surrounding the buildings are clean and kept up. The pool is beautiful as well.

I’ve been living at the foundry for about 5 months and so far I absolutely love it. It’s very peaceful and I like how it’s by everything at the same not in a crazy busy area.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great amenities - love the salt water pool. Gym is decent but not great. Location is amazing - close to shopping, restaurants and 400.

I am thoroughly enjoying my apartment home life- first time in an apartment in a very long time and very happy and content here, I love the foundry team, I have never had one complaint in almost 6 months. Adriana and her team are wonderful, maintenance is constantly amazing- thank you!

The townhome is great, the Cleaning crew didn't do a good job when we first moved in but other than that the staff has been great and responsive when asked any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is amazing. Anything asked they are on it and its taken care almost immediately.

The apartment complex offers top-tier facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and ample parking space. The common areas are clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal. The apartment itself is modern, with high-quality finishes, spacious rooms, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-designed with contemporary fixtures. So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Really great community, Its has been great so far. my husband and I moved in about two months ago and currently settling in. The office manager Adriana has been a great help with our moving in process.
