Wonderful The apartment is older but very spacious for a 2 bed apartment nice open concept and all the amenities they provide is very nice and helps with the enjoyment of the overall place.

Review of forum Office staff is very friendly, and the complex is nice. The issues I have is the maintenance staff. It takes a while for my maintenance request to be completed. Another will be the quality of the apartment, it was dirty when I moved in,

The good and not so good A roach bomb was set off at 4pm and residents were recommended to not enter until 10pm on a week night. Some thought could have been put behind that, we would have had no problem finding another day so we could be out of the unit for the day time. None the less it seems to be working and y'all had a very quick turn around time which was greatly appreciated! Secondly, whoever trimmed the tree behind building J, THANK YOU! It looks phenomenal

Move in The forum is nice! A little dirty when I o in and a few maintenance issues but other than that it was all good
The employees are very accommodating! I love my apartment and neighbors. The dog park is not made for small dogs. They may slip out under the fences so beware! Other than that, I really don’t have many complaints!

For the price you pay and the quality you receive, this is honestly one of the better apartments you can find in Huntsville. It's reasonably affordable and the quality of both the rooms and the maintenance staff are decent.

Apartments are decent. Tenant help is hit or miss. Constant internet issues and property constantly has gates broken where anyone can come onto the property

Been here for a few months now, and things are pretty good. The appliances work well, any problems I've had have been fixed quickly, and I feel safe here. The only problem is you're likely to get more than a few neighbors who clearly didn't read the lease contract and are making a lot of noise late into the night. That and there's really no way to report it as it's happening since the main office closes at around 7 p.m.

Very fast on maintenance! Free printing and computer lab is a great benefit! The shuttle is very convenient when having late night classes and saves you on gas!
