Central Ann Arbor is an Ann Arbor neighborhood a step east of Detroit. The University of Michigan is right outside of Central Ann Arbor and shapes the neighborhood. The University of Michigan’s research hospital and surrounding medical complex makes up the northern section of Central Ann Arbor, while the University of Michigan’s Nichols Arboretum is situated to the west of the hospital. Fuller Park, located on the Huron River, is just north of the hospital and, in addition to other parks and trails that dot the area, give residents access to opportunities for outdoor recreation. Ann Arbor’s main street and exciting downtown is just outside of Central Ann Arbor and is home to many local restaurants and exciting bars and pubs.
Whether you’re a student looking for a place near campus or a family searching for a spacious home, Central Ann Arbor has a spot for everyone.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Forum Apartments
This is a great building with many different types of units. Currently live in a 2 bedroom and it is great (walk in closets = awesome!). The company is very helpful if we ever need anything. Only downside is that it is a bit further from campus than most places and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit shabby and looks to be unsafe.
