I got to meet the staff at a recent resident event. Everybody was very pleasant and attentive to all of their community members. The community is very nice and well kept. Would definitely recommend living here!
I recently toured these apartments, and I had a great experience from start to finish! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I was looking for. Christina was especially helpful—she was so nice, welcoming, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. She really made the tour feel personal and stress-free. I left feeling excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re apartment hunting!
Im glad I found The Flats as I was hoping to be near lots of restaurants and grocery options. There's a sprouts within 10 minutes away which is a lifesaver for my family. Definitely recommend coming by to tour this community in person, it's a beautiful option for the area.
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The staff is always so nice and helpful they go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of. One of my favorite parts is the pool. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and such a relaxing spot to unwind. Great place to call home!

Been living here for some time now. I have always been pleased with the value that I get for my money. I can spend more or less money elsewhere, but The Flats suits me.
Overall, pretty good. When you factor in everything (utilities etc) I get good value here at the Flats. Interacting with staff is easy b/c of the Community Portal. Convenient location.
I recently toured The Flats at Westover Hills and was thoroughly impressed. Nancy and Azul were friendly and informative, answering all my questions about floor plans and amenities. I highly recommend The Flats for its well equipped facilities, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I can’t wait to call this place home.

I truly felt that this was going to be a great experience, since I’ve never in my history of apartment leases had a rough time. Since day 1, I had baby and big roaches in the apartment. I’ve tried all the DIY things, have purchased traps, and even had pest control come more than once, and the issue remains the same. Pest control even mentioned that there would be nothing that I could truly do to stop them from coming in. I even had mold buildup in the walls in my restroom, I submitted a case, and it was closed without it even being fixed in the first place. I just decided to scrub the walls and I tried my best to clear out the blue/green mold on the walls. It looks better now, but it for sure was hard work. I for sure won’t be resigning.

I was skeptical at first because of the higher price in rent but after applying when we got approved my wife was very happy and so over my kids finally a place and some breathing room there's three bedroom massive apartment beats out what I had before and the maintenance team is very quick and prompt. Very clean units and well maintained. And we're glad to keep our kids in the same school zone.

Why not start here, like me! find the apply button, The process is easy, literally like 1,2,3. The communication that this team has is outstanding. The tour set up was wonderful. Being assisted on day one and their decision made up within 48hours was amazingly surprising to me. Contacting The Flats Team was a big stress relief of “will I be able to find a new place in time before my lease is up!” The team did an amazing job with me. This will be my fourth time moving and about the trillionth apartment tour I have done, and the outcome was definitely what I was expecting at all. First off let me go ahead and tell you that the rooms are a decent size, and the layout of the floor plans are very convenient especially if you are moving with other people! Second off they have lots to offer and they are also pet friendly which I LOVE, and lastly, the person whom gave us the tour welcomed us with stems wide open and a smile that was hard not to mirror back! He was so friendly, informative, and welcoming, he knew all the questions nervous renters would ask and made us feel more comfortable with everything he was telling us about, he was also so funny and had us laughing most of the time he was showing us around. Terrell made this tour worth it and had us with how great these apartments are, we look forward to continuing the process and hopefully seeing his face once we get settled!

Recently took a tour of the property with a gentleman name Terrell. Not only was the property great but, the service Terrell gave during the tour makes it even better. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place.

Apartment hunting is beyond stressful and I’m always hesitant dealing with new landlords but coming to this office was a breeze. Was immediately greeted by Terrell…He made the whole experience comfortable for me while also being super informative about the neighborhood, and the entire area. A great place to get the full on experience of apartment living. Any issues you have is done almost immediately. Never been more happier here. Maintenance team is amazing and office folks are as friendly and as patient as could be.

Had a tour of Julia apartment and the space was great along with a modern feel! The neighborhood around the apartments seem very nice and convenient for food and other amenities. The staff was great , Terrell was very helpful and answered all of my questions and if there was one he couldn’t answer he was more than willing to find out for me! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently lived at The Flats at Westover Hills and can confidently say it was one of the best apartment experiences I've ever had. The property is well-kept and in a convenient location, but what really made my stay memorable was the incredible staff. First and foremost, I'd like to bring up Nancy. She was the property manager, and she did an excellent job of overseeing everything. Nancy was always available to answer my questions or address my concerns. She was very professional, friendly, and approachable, which made me feel at ease. Terrell, the leasing agent, was another standout member of the team. He was extremely helpful during the move-in process and ensured that everything went as planned. He was always available to answer my questions and was an expert on the property. I appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to ensuring that I was satisfied with my apartment. Last but not least, I'd like to recognize Brandi, the assistant manager. Whenever I had to visit the office, she was always friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order. She was a valuable member of the team at The Flats at Westover Hills. Overall, I would recommend The Flats at Westover Hills to anyone looking for an excellent apartment experience. Nancy, Terrell, and Brandi, in particular, made all the difference. They're all fantastic at what they do, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Terrible trash service. Never know when maintenance goes into the apartment because they don’t leave a notice.

We're disappointed to hear that you’ve not had a great living experience in our community so far, and we’d love this opportunity to address some of the issues mentioned in your review. We have been in touch with our trash vendor and they are getting back on schedule with regular pick-ups. We understand that trash piling up is not ideal, and we have offered a refund for this month's trash service fee. Our maintenance team has reached out to discuss leaving a notice. Our policy is to call the resident before the visit and send an email when the service is complete. If you are not receiving these notifications please let us know. I have the same complaint as I always do, what's going on with the gate? Been here almost 2 years and it still doesn't work? Why are you charging me for a gated community If the gate has worked 1 week overall? Ridiculous
