Property Ratings at The Flats at Crossgates
This property & building has been great. The interior floor plan is well thought-out, including spaces and designs usually seen in higher-end homes w/ high quality finishes and craftsmanship. All layouts available had walk-in and walk-through closets with California-style shelving/organization and private bathrooms for the primary bedroom. The parking garage, directory, and vehicular gates are nice for security. The grounds are very well manicured year-round and in the winter they remove snow and salt in a timely manner. The indoor common areas are always clean and inviting. They also have onsite management and they’re responsive to requests & service calls. It’s hard to find a place that’s as well-maintained.
