The Flame Apartments, a historically designated building, newly renovated and completed in 2020 & 2 new additional apartments added July 2024. The 2 additional apartments are designed by architect Matt Wells of HGW. Their projects include San Diego Zoo Base Camp, The Pavilion House & many more. The apartments have in unit washer/dryer and over 100 sq ft of loft space. There are custom cabinets, beautiful tile for the bathroom and architecturally interesting design of ceiling and lighting. The floors are polished concrete. The space also includes outside patio space.
