Apartment is perfect and a very quiet area! We are loving it here so far and can't wait to get fully settled. The pool is so pretty and feels great.

Been here for a few weeks now and I Love it, good neighbors & I love the dog park, the pool & the lounge. Makes me feel at home. Also feels very safe.

Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Doraliz has taken care of us and our every need. I cannot thank everyone enough for their time and care, this is a wonderful community.

Great! Was a smooth experience! We absolutely loved this place when we first came and toured it. It only took us looking at this complex to know we didn’t want another place.

I absolutely love it here at The Fitzroy. Aside from a great location with friendly residents, the maintenance crew and staff are exceptional.

The environment here is relaxing and the staff are exceptional. My dog absolutely loves the dog park, and I enjoy the scenery around it. Looking forward to another year here.

We enjoy the staff and property. And the dogs LOVE their bacon treats at the office. We have enjoyed meeting many of our neighbors and love the proximity to everything Burleson has to offer. Keep up the good work

The staff here has been super nice and made the move in process so much less stressful. The location is great and within 10 minutes from pretty much everything!

Move-In at the Fitzroy was easy and seamless! I had a couple maintenance issues and they were corrected quickly. The community is clean and quiet. So far it has been a great experience!

Everything here is exceptional well actually it's excellent maintenance come right in take care of any reported issues in fact it's 24hr maintenance the entire staff is very pleasant and they love the community

In our 3rd year…love our little apartment. It’s cozy, yet modern. The staff is awesome…we actually stop by just to chat sometimes. Listen…every complex has good and bad, mostly due to residents, not staff. The amenities here, and the fun community gatherings really make it a wonderful place

I toured every apartment in Burleson and the Fitzroy is hands-down the best one I saw. Not only are the apartments very modern and clean, but the team running this place are INCREDIBLE humans that all go above-and-beyond. Not only is there additional support with packages and care, but they do community events and really put thought and their hearts into it. I couldn't have found a better spot to land while going through a major life transition. Grateful for this place!

Very nice place to live! Love it here! Only complaint is the dog poop people leave from their dogs on the sidewalk, hallways and grass otherwise everyone’s is nice

It's been great the staff are super friendly and great to get along with i honestly feel safe here and I wouldn't have it any other way the amenities are also great

This is a great place to live the staff is super amazing the place well kept very clean so many amenities very conveniently located off I-35

Things are great here at The Fitzroy. The complex is nice and the staff is simply amazing. My dog loves the dog park and everyone I meet is just so full of joy.

Minor issues with other tenants regarding dogs not on a tight leash and noisy neighbors. Also, workout facility sometimes does not have any disinfectant towelettes.

Things have gotten better here, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. If I ever have an issue, I know that I am able to confide in the front office. That being said, I do wish I didn't have to deal with so many people smoking weed. It just leaves a bad smell around the property.

Fitzroy is awesome! The front office staff is so friendly. The community events they host are really fun and kid friendly. The complex is clean and feels safe.

If we were planning to stay another year we would have renewed our lease here. These are by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. I think what makes these apartment so amazing is the staff truly care about the residence here if there’s a problem or complaint, they listen and they try to solve that other places don’t. The apartment itself is beautiful. There is minimal crime.! I will always say nothing but positive great things about these apartments so much that since we are moving, we’re actually going to another Highmark property because we love the company and what it stands for!

The leasing process was fast and easy move in process was to painless. Any questions we have they are more than happy to answer. Angie, Doralise, and Shannon have been a True blessing

Best Place ever. Good people excellent staff and good maintenance. Never had any problems. The neighborhood is well kept and everything works.

I have loved every minute of living here in this complex! The staff are always so kind, the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, the trash valet is wonderful, etc etc…. I love this place!

Things just keep getting worse here. I'm not going to go on a tangent the way I have with past reviews because it simply doesn't matter, nor will it change anything.

In our second year here. The office staff is wonderful…super friendly and attentive to any issues we may have. They are always trying to make the community feel like home

Love it here! Great management and maintenance. Love the amenities here. The study rooms are my favorite. Gym is always nice and clean and has a yoga room.

Kind quiet people in the office are very understanding and helpful and kind, and it's always clean i think the poem needs a little bit more work though, and needs to be cleaned more, but I would say that's my only complaint other than that. Everything it's a wonderful place to live.

This apartments are nice and the staff is excellent, but there are tenants where you have to shake your head along with the weed smell coming from some units.

Cleanliness is a real problem. The hallways are pretty bad! Otherwise the staff is very nice and they are working hard. The mail room always smells really good.

I’m pleased with living at The Fitzroy EXCEPT for one thing… the hallway, especially beneath the stairwell is FILTHY!!! There is trash, leaves, animal hair and spider webs!!! The walls in the hallway have spider webs and dirt !

There is a great community, the apartments and the lounge area, pool, and weight room are very clean. The staff here is very helpful and very friendly.

Loving my apartment! My building is well maintained and super great location! Quiet area, and right next to all my favorite shops. I appreciate the valet trash service, and was excited that they offered internet lumped into your rent!

I love this place. The location is great. It is right next to a QT, Sonic, and 7-11 in case you need to have that late night snack. Angie is the best!

They were the best apartments around Burleson, great price and location. Very beautiful and well kept. The gym and pool were a plus. I only wished the fridge produced water lol.

Dirty breezeways, outside trashcans overflow, especially at building 3. Took 6 spots for visitors at building 3 when there is already minimal parking. Loud flow of traffic has increased due to more businesses. Maintenance is fairly quick to respond. Front office is friendly.

Love going to our pool to tan, enjoy a swim or play in the cool water with friends and family. Also love grilling with the grills and being able to eat there with friends and family.

Since I’ve moved here the staff have been extremely helpful and easy to talk to about any issues. The neighbors aren’t loud nor have we ever been disturbed. All in all it’s been a good place to live so far.

I’ve had a great experience so far, the staff and neighbors are friendly and any issues I’ve had have been resolved immediately and in a very professional manner! I also really like the amenities and they are never too crowded and there is ample parking space which is something I’ve struggled to find at other apartment complexes

The location of the Fitzroy is great and the office staff is top tier, however, the ground crew leave much to be desired. I see the same trash, in the same location every day that I walk my dog and you can tell they are simply here for a paycheck. The complex is small compared to others, so I'm not sure why this is such an issue. I have been here for almost two years and can only recall the hallways being cleaned once. I know the Fitzroy can do better. Just unsure as to why it isn't happening.
