Everything was great including the apartment and community. Especially want to acknowledge the office staff for smooth move-in process and contact. Only negative was roaches were found during first week or week and half of moving which was not a good experience.

This is mine and my boyfriend first experience living in a apartment,at first we were scared and nervous but the front ladies guide us and answered every question we had ,they are all so lovely and friendly. Overall our apartment is very cozy ,very quiet,it’s peaceful especially our late night walks ,and a beautiful view , no complains

Very nice been here now for two years! Very nice and friendly staff always saying hello to the residents! My dogs love taking walks around the apartments beautiful walking area and a beautiful dog park! There’s mailman office is beautiful and great coffee and the facility smells so good!

In our 3rd year…love our little apartment. It’s cozy, yet modern. The staff is awesome…we actually stop by just to chat sometimes. Listen…every complex has good and bad, mostly due to residents, not staff. The amenities here, and the fun community gatherings really make it a wonderful place

I toured every apartment in Burleson and the Fitzroy is hands-down the best one I saw. Not only are the apartments very modern and clean, but the team running this place are INCREDIBLE humans that all go above-and-beyond. Not only is there additional support with packages and care, but they do community events and really put thought and their hearts into it. I couldn't have found a better spot to land while going through a major life transition. Grateful for this place!

Things have gotten better here, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. If I ever have an issue, I know that I am able to confide in the front office. That being said, I do wish I didn't have to deal with so many people smoking weed. It just leaves a bad smell around the property.

If we were planning to stay another year we would have renewed our lease here. These are by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. I think what makes these apartment so amazing is the staff truly care about the residence here if there’s a problem or complaint, they listen and they try to solve that other places don’t. The apartment itself is beautiful. There is minimal crime.! I will always say nothing but positive great things about these apartments so much that since we are moving, we’re actually going to another Highmark property because we love the company and what it stands for!

I have loved every minute of living here in this complex! The staff are always so kind, the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, the trash valet is wonderful, etc etc…. I love this place!

Love it here! Great management and maintenance. Love the amenities here. The study rooms are my favorite. Gym is always nice and clean and has a yoga room.

Kind quiet people in the office are very understanding and helpful and kind, and it's always clean i think the poem needs a little bit more work though, and needs to be cleaned more, but I would say that's my only complaint other than that. Everything it's a wonderful place to live.

This apartments are nice and the staff is excellent, but there are tenants where you have to shake your head along with the weed smell coming from some units.

Cleanliness is a real problem. The hallways are pretty bad! Otherwise the staff is very nice and they are working hard. The mail room always smells really good.

I’m pleased with living at The Fitzroy EXCEPT for one thing… the hallway, especially beneath the stairwell is FILTHY!!! There is trash, leaves, animal hair and spider webs!!! The walls in the hallway have spider webs and dirt !
