The Fitzgerald Camino Real

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at the Fitzgerald Apartments! I recently renewed my lease, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The Fitzgerald offers a fantastic range of amenities that truly enhance the living experience, including an infrared sauna, cold plunge, free yoga classes, a dog park, free coffee/lattes, and more! The management is great, especially Laura who made the whole rental process a breeze. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and efficient. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly and professionally.

Location is amazing. Amenities are amazing. Everything is well upkept and maintenance responds fast.

This is by far the most beautiful community in Boca. Staff is great, place is new and clean. Just amazing

Great amenities, everyone is nice and very chill. Super clean, between the floors the gyms and even the smell. I just moved down in January and will be renewing my lease. As health but the sauna, gym and cold plunge are huge as well. Maribel and Laura are also always helpful!

I couldn’t ask for anything more from a community / apartment. Great amenities, great staff and great neighbors. I’m extremely happy here and would recommend to anyone.

From the morning I toured the property last year with Karla (prop mgr), my whole experience has been wonderful. The property is expertly designed, serene and private. The location is situated perfectly for both downtown living AND easy commuting. A true beach-adjacent sanctuary with an amazing team of professionals who have an innate sense of urgency to assist. I have lived all over SoEastFla for 25 years and I could not be prouder to call “The Fitz@Boca” my home.

We had a great experience touring The Fitzgerald. Maribel took my fiancée and me around the property, showing us multiple apartments to make sure we found the one that fit our needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

The Fitzgerald offers modern, spacious apartments with high-end finishes and top-tier amenities. The pool, gym, and communal spaces are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, the location is perfect - close to dining, shopping, and the beach. A truly outstanding place to live!

Can't say enough good things about this apartment. Lots of on-site amenities to enjoy and pet friendly. Plenty of shopping areas nearby and staff is great to work with.

I’ve been staying here for just under a year. This place is amazing. The view is spectacular. I’ve had no issues with my apartment and I’m always kept up to date on any information via the apps they provide. Best choice I made last year.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The property manager clearly knows what they are doing in terms of service and appearance. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about our visit!

The property is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walked in. I viewed and applied to multiple places around the area. I decided to visit The Fitzgerald the day I was going to sign my lease for another place downtown. I immediately fell in love with The Fitzgerald. Maribel was so amazing throughout the process. Three main reasons: it’s new, it’s state of the art and has outstanding service: -A new building with great facilities, a business center best in class, light everywhere, easy parking and much more. -State of the art in the apps to get everything done, chargers for electric cars in every floor, every entrance is digitally controlled. -And service, best of all, we have great people at our disposal giving us the extra mile when needed.

I was one of first residents here in Feb of 2024 and I love it. I've lived in alot of places and this is by far my favorite. Great management, great staff, great amenities, great location. I will be proudly renewing my lease when the time comes in 2 months.

I have lived at the Fitzgerald for almost a year now since it opened. I have had an amazing experience here both with the people as well as the phenomenal amenities and community events. They have made it amazing coming home to not only enjoy my apartment but everything that they offer

It is a great resort like property because it is so well managed by Carla, Maribel & Laura in the office. They keep everything clean, are always there to help. The amenities are excellent, and always clean & beautiful. The resident atmosphere is very friendly

The Fitzgerald is fantastic, the leasing staff and amenities staff are amazing, and the property itself is 5 star, I have several residences, one in Tallahassee, one in NJ, and one at the Fitzgerald, and when I am at the Fitzgerald everyone is always accommodating and friendly. I love my 2 Bedroom apartment and the site amenities are exceptional

East Boca, minutes from the beach, affordable, wonderful stone work everywhere and the people are awesome. Pool, cold, plunge, sauna, gym, full business center, rideshare lounge, extra outdoor spaces with pool table, ping pong and so much more. I totally lucked out when I found this gem.

We did a lot of research when looking for a part time apartment in Florida and we absolutely love our new home at the Fitzgerald. The staff (specifically Mel!) are absolutely amazing and helpful! Everyone has been so very friendly and there are so many great amenities. The property has been well kept and is very clean. 5 stars all around!

Living here has been an amazing experience! The building and amenities are very nice. I absolutely love my unit. The staff here is beyond incredible. Even as busy as they are working through the opening of two brand new buildings, they made my move in process so smooth and are always there to help me when I need it. The maintenance process is very easy to use and the team is wonderful. They also go above and beyond to make it feel like a community by hosting events and offering additional amenities. Can't recommend this place enough!

If you're retired or unemployed, they ask that you show 5x the rent's annual income (instead of 2.5x) for the apartment room you that plan on renting. Meaning if the room cost $2500 a month, they expect you to show $150,000 of annual income to get approved. And they won't refund you the application fee either. You're better off being employed and having to prove 2.5x the annual income for the rent of the room than being retired. But with everything, they'll always be favoritism.
