Excellent community, amenities, and people. Convenient for those that work hybrid or remote with onsite business office with Wi-Fi, Coffee/Expresso, work stations, workout area, heated pool, sauna - saving time with all the comforts of a luxury community.

Jennifer was great help, she made the whole moving experience very easy. She always responded to our calls and answered all our questions. She was just wonderful to work with. Also went out of her way to make sure a few things in our apartment were taken care of wince we moved in. Thank you.

Love living here so far, the property is very nice and clean. The staff is amazing - Jenny was a huge help in making sure the move-in process was super smooth and painless.

Fitzgerald Camino Real is a five star residence, with full and functional amenities. Had a few requests of maintenance and that was just flawless and fast! All amenities work great, which is rare on apartments.. I need to add Maribel here! She was so helpful, friendly and gave all information we needed, maybe a few times patiently. It did not end there, when I have a question, she is still there to help me. I love this apartment.

I've been living at The Fitzgerald for about 6 months now — zero complaints! The community and the amenities are beautiful. The leasing office staff is always very nice — special shoutout to Maribel, who is always so eager to help. Every time I submit a maintenance ticket, someone is at my apartment within 20 minutes to fix whatever issue I experience. I love living here! :)

Maribel did an awesome job taking care of us in our moving process, and was always available to assist us with our needs whenever we called or stopped by. Maintenance guys and ladies are always on top of everything and do an awesome job keeping the community spotless on a daily basis .

Maribel is great and attentive. She helped us through every step of moving into our apartment. She's also really sweet. Can't recommend her and the apartment enough!

Moved in a few months ago and absolutely loving it. Upscale spacious apartments, fantastic amenities and most importantly very well managed. Leading office staff are very helpful and attentive especially Jennifer. Highly recommend to anyone looking.

I’ve lived in The Fitzgerald for a year now and I have zero complaints. My apartment is so beautiful and I haven’t had any problems. The amenity areas are super super nice as well. I love the gym!! I like all my neighbors. It’s cool being in a community filled with successful and motivated people. The staff is absolutely excellent. The maintenance team always goes above & beyond to help. Most importantly I have to give a shoutout to Maribel from the leasing office! I had some complications on my end thinking I had to end my lease to move to Europe. When I figured out a way to split my time 50/50 just two weeks before I was supposed to move out, Maribel was an enormous help in keeping my same apartment unit. Plus she’s an absolute sweetheart! Thank you to the Fitzgerald Team for a great living experience, I can’t recommend moving here enough!!

I've had a wonderful experience living at the Fitzgerald building with my family of three children. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Maribel and Alexia, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. The building offers great amenities that my kids enjoy, and the location is perfect for our needs. We appreciate the sense of community here and are truly happy to call the Fitzgerald our home. The entire team works hard to make this a safe, comfortable place for families, and it shows in all the little details.

I have lived in a few amenities buildings in boca and the fitzgerald is by far my favorite. It's clean always, the sauna and cold plunge are incredible, and the people are all very nice and normal. Thank you so much to Maribel the leasing agent who made it happen for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I filled in my application on time and quickly (I move slowly and procrastinate..) because she knew the unit I was applying for was what I truly wanted and wanted to make sure I got it before anyone else snatched up. She is so genuine and takes real interest in the tenants, along with everyone else working here. Love the Fitzgerald and the community.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at the Fitzgerald Apartments! I recently renewed my lease, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The Fitzgerald offers a fantastic range of amenities that truly enhance the living experience, including an infrared sauna, cold plunge, free yoga classes, a dog park, free coffee/lattes, and more! The management is great, especially Laura who made the whole rental process a breeze. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and efficient. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly and professionally.

Location is amazing. Amenities are amazing. Everything is well upkept and maintenance responds fast.

Great amenities, everyone is nice and very chill. Super clean, between the floors the gyms and even the smell. I just moved down in January and will be renewing my lease. As health but the sauna, gym and cold plunge are huge as well. Maribel and Laura are also always helpful!

From the morning I toured the property last year with Karla (prop mgr), my whole experience has been wonderful. The property is expertly designed, serene and private. The location is situated perfectly for both downtown living AND easy commuting. A true beach-adjacent sanctuary with an amazing team of professionals who have an innate sense of urgency to assist. I have lived all over SoEastFla for 25 years and I could not be prouder to call “The Fitz@Boca” my home.

I have lived at the Fitzgerald for almost a year now since it opened. I have had an amazing experience here both with the people as well as the phenomenal amenities and community events. They have made it amazing coming home to not only enjoy my apartment but everything that they offer

It is a great resort like property because it is so well managed by Carla, Maribel & Laura in the office. They keep everything clean, are always there to help. The amenities are excellent, and always clean & beautiful. The resident atmosphere is very friendly

The Fitzgerald is fantastic, the leasing staff and amenities staff are amazing, and the property itself is 5 star, I have several residences, one in Tallahassee, one in NJ, and one at the Fitzgerald, and when I am at the Fitzgerald everyone is always accommodating and friendly. I love my 2 Bedroom apartment and the site amenities are exceptional
