The neighborhood of Ingram Park surrounds the mall for which it is named. The popular Ingram Park Mall is an indoor shopping destinations filled with well-known stores like Dillard’s, Macy’s, and JCPenney. For those who can’t get enough shopping at the mall, strip plazas surrounding the mall contain even more shops and restaurants.
The mall sits along I-410, making it easy for area residents to get around the San Antonio area. Downtown San Antonio is only about 10 miles southeast from Ingram Park, so the area is a terrific option for commuters who want to get to work in under 15 minutes. In addition to the mall, Ingram Park is close to the San Antonio Aquarium, Cathedral Rock Park, and the Grissom Trailhead. SeaWorld San Antonio is on the southwest side of the neighborhood.

I lived here for about a year. Management was okay they usually emailed or replied back to inquires really fast. However, there are so manny hidden fees, there are tons of baby roaches in the “upgraded” property (or mine at least ) washer and dryers were outside with SHARES balcony. You get what you pay for, neighbors seemed normal. They did attempt to get a collection agency on me for 21 dollars. Due for a cleaning fee. Old property but nice size, rent prices went out down since I moved out so maybe that’s better. But ehh not impressed location was nice
This place is atrocious, i don't know how people with families can even stay here....the staff is absolutely horrible, they truly dont know what theyre doing...i pay for a covered spot, and they made me call the towing company, the towing company then told me only they can do it....so i had someone take my paid spot for a whole extended weekend...and when i let them know they truly didn't care...i asked to speak with the manager and the manager never contacted me...and I'm not even gonna get started on the horrible bug problem and poor apartment condition...and if a "community manager" replies to this...its for show....they dont change anything and they dont care....I'll be leaving once my lease is up...they wont let yo uh report them to their corporate office either....very shady place...any positive reviews must be from a PR company....this place is horrible and if you read this and still come here....i told you so in advance...

Reserved parking spots are not leased to more than one resident as this option would not populate in our system. And, we're always happy to assist with any vehicles parked in a reserved spot that is leased to another resident. We take the upkeep of our grounds with great care as part of our maintenance team's daily routine. We haven't received any reports of the pest control issues you mentioned. We want all of our residents to feel welcome to come talk to us if they're experiencing any issues, so we ask that you please give us call as soon as possible at (210) 370-3401 where we'll connect you with our Community Manager.
management was completely rude. Made it extremely hard to pay rent by making it only able to pay by an app on your phone. When our lease was up we went to renew and they said they messed up our rent and tried to do charge backs for the entire time we lived there when we were paid what was sent on our statement every month. They will mess up your rental history. Don't do it.

They charge $25 for a trash can to be used in the apartment and if you trash weighs too much they wont pick up or if your trash smells they wont pick up also bad bug problem
