We've lived in this apartment community for four years, recently upgrading from a 2BHK to a 3BHK. The apartment itself is decent, with enough space for our needs. However, the appliances are outdated, which is a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but the aging appliances could use an upgrade.

Love the staff and the quietness of the area. Great location to downtown and Baker Park. I just wish the back side apartments would be given some flowers or nice shrubbery in front of our building is bare and doesn't look great at all. And they use the parking area near my unit for the old appliances. They have grey tarps up for enclosure instead of making it look nice. Spend a lot on rent would like for the whole area to look nice and not cluttered.

Great! I just moved here and I have really enjoyed it so far. The neighborhood is very friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy access to many restaurants and the gym. Connected to many running trails.

So far so good. I love this apartment and how quiet it is around here. Everyone in the rental office are very nice and if I put in a maintenance request it’s done quick.
The Fields is conveniently located. Close to route 15, the golden mile, and trails. The neighbors are all nice and friendly. The kids all love to play at the park and tennis court.

It’s been a few years here now and I still like how convenient everything is to our home. I still feel home in most ways. There has been some neighbor issues that have made me rethink it’s time to find a place to buy. Apartments have so many rules that don’t always make sense they just want to keep the peace.. I totally get that, but when you live in an apartment you have to realize that kids run play or even a pet. So sometimes we need to think before we react to something that could hurt others feelings.I just feel before you decide to find a place to rent think about the neighbors.

The staff here are so wonderful! The front office staff are kind and courteous and the maintenance staff are top tier! All of my neighbors are very kind. We have made several friends here throughout the years! We love it here! The one thing we don’t love is that the management company uses RealPage software to manage leases and such which has algorithms that “maximizes profits”. So this community contributes to Maryland being in the top 10 of states for rent prices (according to 2023 statistics).

This is a good community in the Frederick. This place is close to downtown and many shopping complexes. The mentainance team is very good and on time.

The staff is great and they do host occasional events for the tenants. Maintenance usually takes care of issues in a timely manner as well. Some of the apartments have antiquated appliances in them compared to what the norm is today.

The neighborhood is not bad. For the most part it is quiet. I like that it is one of the more dog friendly complexes. They do monthly resident events which is newer. Lately it has been movies at the theatre down the road. My only real complaint is the tile showers they are hard to keep clean and the caulking doesn’t stick to certain parts that hold like control to turn the water on for very long.

Rock Creek is really the place to be at Frederick! The staff is so kind and really cares about every resident. The maintenance staff is prompt and always fixes our issues. The neighbors are kind and welcoming! The community regularly has improvements like toilet replacements, lighting upgrades, amenities, you name it!

While I have enjoyed living here so far, I am currently very frustrated with the ongoing issues I am having with my air conditioning and my front door lock not functioning well. Unreliable air conditioning in this heat and not being able to lock/unlock the door to my apartment are pretty big deals, but if these issues can be worked out, I have enjoyed living here otherwise.

Rock Creek has been home to me for 7 years and has been very, very good to me. I’ve had many life changes and they’ve been with me every step of the way! Maintenance is always done quickly, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Constant upgrades and modes of improving the community throughout. I love living here and am grateful to have found such a lovely place to call home.

Great place to live. safe and clean neighborhood. Park across the street, nice to walk and run in. Multiple supermarkets around the area. Easy to walk in.

Nice community. Good location. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. The monthly activities are well thought out and fun. From ice-cream, movies, to succulents planting, A great way to build friendship and community!

Beautiful scenery and lovely neighbors for the most part. Price is high and not the biggest fan of the dog park. Other than that, the office is helpful and the app to pay rent and submit service reports is very easy to use.

I'm writing this review as I'm trying to fix the THIRD set of folding doors that have come off the track. I've had to rebuild a cabinet in the kitchen twice and another is currently needing to be fixed. Oh and water leaked from my upstairs neighbors' apartment into the AC vent of my bathroom. The maintenance guys here are great, the leasing staff is fine, but the price is insane. They'd maybe be worth it if the apartments were nice and new rather than nice-ish and old with a fresh coat of paint. Also the pool is baby sized. They added a baby sized dog park, Latch door locks (two thumbs down), and a playground, I'm sure were just to drive up the cost of rent. The gym never has wipes, the clock is always wrong in there, and the machine/free weight selection is lacking.

We feel safe here and the maintenance staff is amazing along with office staff, all our concerns and requests have been met. The office staff addresses any issue that we have immediately and the maintenance staff do the same as well and they’re very respectful and very kind
Love the staff, both rental office and maintenance staff. Materials used to upgrade apartments are very cheap. Neighbors are great too. Wish they would fix the walkway up to my apartment. When it rains we have to walk through a river to get into our apartment.
Very clean community with green spaces that make things less sterile
I have lived here for 8 years and enjoy the surroundings and it is very convenient for my retirement and commute to my PA family residence.
My service issues are always resolved promptly, and I love the service staff.
I have been here many years and continue to enjoy living in my community. Your Staff is positive, professional and wonderful to work with.
Carlos and Frank are both always super helpful and kind! They also handle our car being in the apartment very well and respond in a timely manner. :)
The apartment complex is very nice. I love the pool and tennis courts.
