The fenley has potential but grew too fast. They havent had consistent management and the whole team is new since I moved in. They only try to get people through the door and into an apartment but really dont have any consideration for the residents after that.

Living at the Fenley is a very average experience. We never went to any of the community events because in the first few months of going to the gym no one ever spoke words to us, so we never felt inclined to go. Never met a single one of our neighbors, people barely look up from their key. They may flash a smile out of the side of their mouth once in a while. In the summer you can forget about afternoon naps if your apartment overlooks the pool, you’ll have kids screaming at the top of their lungs for several hours. One the kids start screaming, after dark, young adults can be heard having parties using the grill. I think I saw a group of boys making a music video once. When I would come in the front door occasionally, I would rarely get a smile from the front desk worker, let alone get them to look up from their computer (depending on the member). The one time we reserved one of the office spaces, they forgot to label it reserved and it was a very uncomfortable experience trying to tell someone to move all of their stuff because we had it reserved.

I am enjoying my residence at the Fenley. The complex is very pet friendly , lots of well lit areas for dog care and walking. It is very convenient to Mall of America and the beautiful nature preserve. The staff is friendly and responsive.

I have lived here for over a year now and the pool was open for 4 days and shut down. The managements does little to nothing to try to remedy the situation and is constantly going through new leasing agents. The building is titled luxury but constantly smells like weed and cigarette smoke, dogs barking constantly and the hallways are smelly and dirty. Super sad since it is not even a 2 year old apartment complex yet. Is not worth the price at all.

The Fenley has been a super welcoming space. Very convenient with the private work spaces in the common areas for when we were waiting for our Wi-Fi to be set up and we needed to do some online work. The people are very respectful and the hallways are very quiet 99% of the time. Even though it is close to the airport, the air traffic noise is hardly a problem (same with the metro transit). I love living here and we will probably stay for a while!

Everyone has always been incredibly friendly to me, from the management to the maintenance crew. Ive been living in apartments for about 10 years now and this is definitely the best experience Ive ever had. I love my apartment and the access it gives me to work and the Minnehaha dog park. The apartment is very dog friendly and Ive had nothing but good experiences with my two dogs. The highway access makes getting to downtown Minneapolis very easy and there are cute places like Hazelwood right down the road to go to for dinner and drinks. I love the calm and quiet atmosphere but still having the ability to get into the cities quickly.

The management at Fenley made our first move-in process so easy! The staff has set the bar high with this being our first apartment. We love the amenities and all of the places throughout the building to work/study from home. The interior design is beautiful and makes it very enjoyable to hangout in our new home. We also really enjoy the incredible workout room and pool! It feels like we're staying at a very nice hotel, yet it's our home!

The Fenley is the ultimate apartment complex. The location is amazing, the staff and maintenance are top notch. Jake answered every question we had while applying, and still does. There is not a single amenity I can think of, that the Fenley does not have. Two things that really stand out for me compared to anywhere else, is the cleanliness of the building (inside and out), and its so quiet; you dont hear your neighbors. Love it here!!! Kim S

The Fenley has been a nice place to live in these last couple of months since moving it. It's still pretty nice and quiet inside the apartments. The apartments are pretty well maintained overall. It's very convenient to have access to different public transportation routes nearby. I've enjoyed living here thus far.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience of moving and the initial weeks of living at The Fenley. Throughout the process of applying, the leasing agents were very communicative and responsive to all emails/phone calls. The leasing agents also worked diligently to prepare and execute the application process with me. Moving in was also very easy and the staff worked to make the process simplified. Thus far living at The Fenley has been nothing but a terrific experience! Everything throughout the building is kept very clean and tidy, the amenities have been great, and the community has been welcoming. The Fenley also has many online and app services in regard to package delivery, maintenance work orders, main/garage door access, and rental charges each month. This has minimized the contact between people during a time where the prevention of the spread of COVID has been a priority for all. Overall, I highly recommend checking out or moving into The Fenley and Im looking forward to the next year and a half of living here!

Great place to stay! This is the first apartment Ive lived in where you actually get what you pay for. They have everything and are in a GREAT location, right next to the MOA and Airport. Cant be that!

The interior of the apartment units are very nice! I also like the modern decor and amenities. The surrounding area is also beautiful and the location is convenient to many things such as the mall and various stores within 10 minutes.

Fenley Apartment is a great place to live in. Trust me after researching many apartments around the area and weighing the pros and cons, my wife and I decided on making the Fenley our home. And I must tell you we’re more then thrilled and excited to be living in this brand new establishment. Paige,our leasing agent, has been so accommodating and a dream to work with! Brianna & Ben have been great and so welcoming with our move into the Fenley!

Beautiful building but walls are paper thin and the security latch can lock a person out of their apartment. Staff is friendly and professional, making online leasing a breeze.
