A/C I put in a maintenance request about our a/c and the gentleman came over in the morning and fixed it. I wasn’t informed of what was wrong with it or what had to be done to fix it. I got a email that the request was finished and fixed. It is nice to know what is wrong with it and what was done to fix it. No communication what so ever.
Needs attention We love our apartment and the community, however, we are kind of disappointed in the lack of follow through by management. We are now going into our second month and still do not have everything completed on our punch out list. We were promised that the door frame leading into our apartment, would be painted , but are reminded every day when we see white flakes of paint chipped off that it still has not been completed.
Great place, but… I’ve enjoyed my time here and haven’t had any big issues besides parking. Half of the apartments at 5803 are empty and all the parking spots are always taken.
Beautiful place to live We are loving our time at Beaulah Place. It is a beautiful community close to dinning and shopping with the best leasing staff around!! Thank you for all you do.
Great Ive been living here for 2 months now and loving it! Best community in grove city hands down
Maintenance I requested a minor maintenance issue at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and by 1:00 in the afternoon it was taken care of. Maintenance is terrific here and they apparently want to keep all the tenants happy and their apartments will run and up to date

Maintenance My maintenance problem although sounds complicated to me the maintenance man in a very few minutes takes care of it! We have the best Maintenance men ever and we rent from the best apartment complex. We are beginning our 10th year! Way to go oakwood management and way to go Fenimore !
Bathtub Was draining slowly, new maintenance guy came out same day and took care of it!

Icemaker Our icemaker stopped working put in a work order on Friday at noon and by 4:30 it was replaced! Randy you are amazing! Thank you for your faithful service to the residents of the Fenimore!
Great Move-In! Everything went so smoothly and the staff has been great to work with!

Areas of opportunity It is a generally pleasant place with friendly service. However, during the snowy season, there is significant accumulation, and many sidewalks are covered in ice, making it difficult to walk safely. Additionally, I have noticed that there are people smoking on the premises.

Welcome Home This apartment complex is wonderful. I have been here 4 four years and rented from them for 5 years previously at another apartment complex they own. The staff is great. The community is safe. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the recent Valentines at the clubhouse! Recently they had a Valentines treat night in the clubhouse! We went after our date night and it was so nice! Super nice of the staff to do things like this!

Serious issues are not addressed!!! Lease violations/complaints ignored by Property Management. Dumpster continually broken or full and trash is piled up beside it. Door-side recycling program is a joke. Location has become a cut-thru for traffic.
