Located about nine miles east of Round Rock, Hutto is a growing Austin-area suburb with a unique sense of character. Known as the Hippo Capital of Texas, Hutto touts 4,000 hippo statues throughout town. Hutto’s hippo lore dates back to 1915, when a hippo escaped from a traveling circus train and settled into the local Cottonwood Creek before being recaptured.
Hutto’s charm doesn’t end with the hippos. The city offers a strong sense of community, which is evident in its support of local events such as the Old Tyme Days Festival, Crawfish Festival, Sunset Black Party Bash, Spring-A-Palooza, Old Town Christmas, and the Hutto Farmers Market.

Very nice neighborhood and very safe environment for me and they are so nice people that work in the office. Good quiet complex. Nearby H-E-B grocery store and QT convenience store. Not far from good and all kinds of restaurants and new being built to open soon. 1st responders across the street. Management and Maintenance respond to residents concerns quickly.

Its a quiet neighborhood, we haven't had any issues with our apartment. The staff is friendly and we have opened a support ticket they usually respond/take action within minutes. (Obviously if the maintenance staff it's available). So far the only thing that we are missing is playground for kids.

I love how quiet and maintained it is. There is a great deal of outdoor space and areas to enjoy the outdoors. The balconies are a nice perk. I can’t wait to use the pool.

I'm a new resident, so take this rating with a grain of salt. The apartment is spacious, my neighbors are quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. This is an ideal location.

Very safe environment and set new QT store so close to my apartment area that’s so amazing. Neighbors are so friendly and look so great. Fitness Center is my favorite place to go when have nothing do and it keep me more active and summer swimming pool so clean. I mean area so safe and clean. Friendly environment

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great price and value. Pool is kept up super well. Appliances are a bit dated. Apartment are a tad creeky, which can lead to over reacting lower level neighbors. Still super happy with my apartment

We're loving it so far! the location is great, its the goldilock zone really. We also really appreciate the daily trash service, the pool, small gym and layout of the apartment. Been living here for a month now and so far its been great for us, definitely a good choice for our home as newlyweds.
I have been here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The property is quiet and well kept. Everyone who works here is pleasant and very responsive to issues or questions.
It’s been great so far nice and quiet place always looks nice with friendly people. Only reason it’s getting a four is this year the pool seems like it’s not getting the attention it needs and always looks so cloudy and the gym needs some work equipment is old and some of the equipment is broken.
This is a wonderful community - quiet and well-maintained. Pros: valet trash, beautiful pool and grounds, attached garages for some units, floor plans that don't feel like apartments, great insulation - I rarely hear neighbors. Cons: maintenance is a little slower than other places I've lived.
We always need very good customer service from each person that works in the office, Also we want to be courteous and be nice to all clients. One experience needs better maintenance service and maybe needs more help in the apartments, But maintenance guys really do a fantastic job so I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
I moved here from Cedar Park several years ago and have had the best experience living at the Fairways at Star Ranch. I love how close everything is from shopping, movies, restaurants, and parks. The apartment amenities are great. Noise levels are low for the most part (it's summertime..no school lol). The property grounds are always clean. The office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and professional. I can't say I have any complaints!
I’ve lived here since 2018 and I’ve done two transfers. I’ve loved every second of living here. The leasing staff is fabulous and the maintenance guys are awesome.

Nice quiet apartment community. Staff in office are very friendly and helpful. Near toll road for quick access to Georgetown, Austin, Cedar Park and Leander. Lots of choices for fast food, major stores and hardware stores. New convenience store nearby coming in July. New first responders Firehouse and EMS across the street coming soon as well.
I've lived here since late 2017 and it's really gone down hill in the last year. Broken down wrecked cars with expired registration for years in the parking lot. Missing screens for the windows laying on the ground for months. I know maintenance sees them and walks right by instead of fixing the problem.
Very quiet and our neighbors are very friendly! Moving in was easy and quick! We took a trip to the pool already was very surprised that they had three! The BBQ area was so nice as well!
Love this place ,very great neighbors , great place to live at Tranquility and let’s talk about the sunrise and the moon light It’s worth it

It’s a good apartment with kind employees. The apartments can be a little dated but it’s not terrible once you overlook that. Plus you can request an apartment that has a more updated look.

Everyday leading up to move in was great. Move in day was smooth! The apartment was alright minor problems hopefully they get fixed fast. It is very quiet which I love and so close to shops you need!

Fitness center my favorite place to attend anytime and swimming pool so perfect more space bbq grill 2 that awesome. Very friendly office staff and they email right after I ask questions or anything related to that apartment. The maintenance fix right away and cleaned up after the mess left the note to information me that they done their job

The apartment is spacious. Lots of storage. I have a two bedroom two bath with an attached garage. The appliances are old and dated. The countertops are very dated. Floors are very nice. Carpet only in the bedrooms and closets. I wish there was a walk in shower but there are tub showers in both baths. Big soaker tubs which are nice! Big windows. Very bright! Office staff very responsive! Noise level of other tenants some nights out of control. Ample parking! I like living here!

The front office staff and maintenance crew here are great. They've been nothing but friendly every time my wife or I have had to speak with them. The grounds and amenities are kept in good condition.

It has been so cozy and nice to live in this complex, It doesn't even feel like an apartment but more like a tiny home and it is very spacious for our family, the the view from our bedroom window is incredible and just makes us feel at home.

Front office staff are friendly and accommodating, love the gym and pool area. This is a great area for a family, so happy we found these apartments.
