The Everly at Historic Franklin

Be very careful doing business with The Everly. I applied to rent an apartment online ( I live in a different state). All was going well until I was told there was no elevator in the building they were renting. I am 75 and need an elevator. In discussions with the agent, I had told him I wanted a 2nd floor and mentioned that on occasion I would walk up a flight for exercise but for daily use, I needed an elevator. A few days later, I inquired about a freight elevator large enough for furniture. THAT is when I was told there was no elevator in that building at all. They did not have another apartment comparable to the one I wanted so I had to cancel. Of the $499 I gave them for the application and credit fees, they refunded $299. It wasn’t easy even getting that much back. If you are considering the Everly, make sure you SPELL EVERYTHING OUT FOR THEM before hand and get it in writing. Make sure you ask the price of all the “amenities” because everything is an additional charge. They also charge $50 per mont to rent the washer and dryer in your unit!!! I did not know this until I saw it on the lease. They nickel and dime you for everything. You will end up paying much more than you think. Be very diligent and ask questions if you consider applying to The Everly.

Great place to live!! Right next to the factory and only 1.5 miles from downtown Franklin. The community is more established than others around it but you wouldn't know if from looking at them. The clubhouse just had a remodel and has a high end lux feel to it now. I signed my lease with Molly and she was so helpful and so genuinely kind during the whole process. The staff is 5/5 for me. I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from. The Everly is the best!

If peace and quiet matter in your home... you’ll be miserable here. After evaluation, it was discovered that the apartment above me has a building issue and NEEDS to be fixed. 6 months later and not only has absolutely nothing been done... but I’m also ignored as a tenant! Management is the worst I’ve experienced and the price you pay for what you get here just doesn’t add up! (Dont be fooled by the fresh new exterior paint!)

Said it before and I'll say it again... Living here (almost 3 years now) is the best "home" I've ever had. It really is like one big family!

The Everly is a well managed multifamily property. Property Management and the Maintenance staff are very responsive, professional, and competent. The property is kept clean and is obviously well cared for and maintained.

Living at The Everly at Historic Franklin is just like the best home you could imagine... it is more like a community and I feel so fortunate to live here. I've been a part of this family for two years, and living here is an absolute joy!

This is a great place to live! The staff is wonderful— Michael, our leasing agent, is amazing and a dream to work with. He really worked with all our needs, made sure everything was accommodated, and was extremely on top of his game from start to finish! Very impressed with The Everly and how it is run!

I just moved in about a week ago, and this was my first apartment, so it’s a given that there is a lot of information to sort through. I had heard good things about the Everly, so I came to check it out. Michael was our leasing agent, and not only did he have a wealth of information, he took the time to go the extra mile and explain any question I could possibly have. He really set a high bar by showing us different apartment layouts, explaining all the processes of moving in, and even let us borrow his computer. Not to mention all the cool stuff once you move in! I am excited to see where this next year takes me.

Living at the Everly gets better every day. It is a privilege to be a resident and a neighbor there. We feel that everyone on staff works with our best interest in mind. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend The Everly to anyone!

I am delighted with everything and everyone here at The Everly at Histotic Franklin. I have been here almost 4 years (6/1).

I loved the property when I first moved here a couple years ago, but things have continued to go down hill since being managed by Greystar. The property isn't taken care of as nicely, you can tell they are cutting corners financially. Lee and Nate seem to be the only ones who really care about the residents and property. I've spoken to several residents that are planning to leave when their lease is up.

The Everly is classy and new and yet also fits beautifully into the feel of downtown Franklin. The location is superb and I am so thrilled to be living there.

If you live in TN you almost always want to be in Williamson County. More specifically you want to be in Franklin. The best school systems, the friendliest people, the small town vibe...you have it all in Franklin. The Everly is not off of some side street or on the outskirts of the city.... It is right in the middle of all the fun growth (The Factory, Harpeth Square, Pilgrimage Fest) and so convenient to Cool Springs shopping and dining as well. The grounds and the amenities coupled with an A-1 staff that really hears and helps you with any problems, concerns, or logistical needs you might have...make this the best apartment living experience I've ever had.

This building is in the perfect location, just yards from the Factory in Franklin and the weekly farmer's market. It's also just a few blocks from downtown Franklin and Harlinsdale Farm. There are plenty of amenities here, the neighbors are low key and usually very quiet. Also, the building is very well maintained. The maintenance guys are always very quick and helpful. If you want convenience with a taste of the country life, this is the place.
