I have lived here for three years and have really enjoyed it. It is a quiet and well- maintained community. Can't say enough about the Office and Maintenance Teams. They are great! Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend The Everlin.
Provenza and beautiful and respectful community. I love the environment. Kudos to the staff they operate in a spirit of Excellence, they show genuine concern regarding in situations one might be face with.

I have been living here for about 6 years and I couldn’t feel more at home. I love this community. Everything from the amenities to the neighbors here at Provenza. The staff has been amazing also. They make you feel special and well known. Chrissy has been so kind and is such a personable person. Knowing people like her run the complex is a very settling feeling! Highly recommend this place!

Provenza is a clean and high-quality establishment with middling amenities in an excellent area. It's relatively expensive, but worth it to be a part of such an excellent town.

Many might not be aware of this apartment community - it is by far well maintained to the best of standards in the region. Approachable staff, very responsive and tenacious in resolving any issues. I personally felt very welcoming and accommodating here after moving from CA to NC with family. Community is well designed, very open and woods view around. And also the flexible options available for the duration of the tenancy are an added advantage. Close to family home!!

Overall a good place to have as a second hone for limited periods of time during our travel back and forth to Europe. Love the surroundings and the pool and how all is nicely within reach. Staff have been friendly and engaging.

From the leasing office staff, to the maintenance team, Provenza at Indian Trail offers the highest quality customer service you can find these days. Ground crews work to keep our complex clean and tidy; and we constantly have great vendors here for coffee, snacks, and even lunch and dinner. I have been beyond satisfied with my time so far- enough that I gladly renewed my lease for a second year in my apartment. Looking forward to another year of making memories in my cozy abode!

Provenza at Indian Trail will not disappoint you. The community is always clean and well maintained. It is appealing to see the landscaping done and people cleaning up after their pets as a priority for this complex. The amenities is by far my favorite, a 24/7 gym with plenty of equipment options, relaxing lounge area with complimentary treats and beverages, salt water pool open year round, grills and fireplaces for those fun summer nights, dog park that provides water for your pet, and a nature trail for a quick stroll. The best experience you will ever receive comes from the leasing office and staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Communication is definitely key to any endeavor's and the staff has that spot on. They notify the community of changes happening around the premises daily, events like food trucks or guest spot visitors for your wants and needs, and provide special treats and gifts on holidays in the lounge. What more could a resident ask for? I would highly recommend giving Provenza at Indian Trail a chance because they are by far the best choice we have made.

Overall Provenza is a great community to live in. It's safe and the maintenance team is quick to respond. The amenities are nice and in good condition. The area is set back from the road so it's quiet. Not only that but the insulation is great - There is very little noise from other apartments and the heating cost is low as it generally stays at a level temperature through all the seasons.

I have had an overall great experience here as my first apartment on my own. I have been living here for over a year and a half. My partner and I have made it a home and love to spend our time here. The location is excellent and management is very friendly (especially Ashley and Chrissy). All of our guests comment on the open-concept layout and compliment the modernness.

The Provenza staff works very hard to keep all the residents happy. I've only been here since mid-January 2021. However, I was happy to renew my lease for another year. Provenza is a great location and I love the amenities. I'm looking forward to some pool time once the weather warms up and I've been really enjoying my walks around the walking trail. The business center makes it very convenient for residents to make copies and print material (I currently do not have a printer), and I'm also hoping to visit the fitness center soon! Thank you to the staff for working so diligently to keep us all happy and content!

I moved into Provenza at Indian Trail in mid-January. From my first visit to the website to my first phone chat with leasing, through my tour, and throughout the move-in process, I found the leasing staff to go above and beyond in assistance! All of my questions were patiently answered. Also, both Chris and Jeff came to do a few things in my apartment after I moved in. They are both very nice and professional! I am new to NC so I don't really have any "friends" yet. However, I'm very happy here and I'll certainly refer my friends to Provenza as I meet people who are looking for a great rental community! This complex has been phenomenal. I’m going on my 3rd year living here and it’s been a smooth transition ever. Quiet, plenty of parking, maintenance always quick too! Best office staff!

Very nice and clean community and peaceful environment. Close to many conveniences.
Maintenance quick and efficient but stops there. You are talking to death ears. Even management does not enforce rules like unlicensed vehicles not allowed when they allowed car to sat in lot since last year. Outsiders using dumpster on eeekends and cars cutting thruparking lot nightly and even in daytime.

No soundproofing was done when constructed. Such a nice complex but very lacking in quality construction.

Moved in April 2nd. The staff and residents are friendly. Almost everything I need is in walking distance. Looking forward to amenities opening up.
