Rocklin, California sits just 21 miles northeast of Sacramento along I-80. This busy city is more than a suburb -- it is home to Sierra College and William Jessup University. It is filled with shopping plazas, such as the large Blue Oaks Town Center, and a section of Granite Drive is known as "Toy Row." (These toys are for grown-ups -- such as RVs and boats.) Rocklin is directly north of Roseville and residents enjoy easy access to Westfield Galleria at Roseville, providing even more shopping.
You'll enjoy fantastic mountain views when you move to a Rocklin apartment -- the city is surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Sutter-Butte mountain range. Quarry Park features hiking trails and an amphitheater where concerts are often held.
Rocklin has a secret -- the Secret Ravine, that is, which played a large role during the California Gold Rush. Later, Rocklin became a major granite-mining town -- be sure to take some of the Quarry History Tours after moving to Rocklin.

Property Ratings at The Everette
Everything about this property is old and falling apart. The cabinets look like they were built wrong and their doors just refuse to close. All the appliances seem super outdated too. During summer time, you can’t leave windows open and you have to be careful walking around the property because of the many wasp nests that seem to go completely untreated. Pretty sure I’ve heard rats squeaking inside the walls and also talked to neighbors that had the same problem and were having trouble with management. Neighbors are friendly and super sweet, but management is a pain to deal with. Glad I moved out.

We apologize that our level of service has fallen short of your expectations. Our team cares deeply for all valued residents of our community - yourself included - and we regret that you received the opposite impression.
The staged apartment looks so good but the functionality of the apartment once you are in it isn't so great. The faucet in the kitchen sink makes it hard to clean dishes and the air conditioning doesn't cool down the apartment well, it's always 10 degrees hotter in the apartment than it is outside. The coiled stoves and dishwashers are both 21 years old and don't work well either. The manager is very nice but she doesn't try to have a relationship with you, still very business oriented. The 12 months I've lived here have been very unremarkable, just like these blah, outdated apartments.
