The Everett has one side,apartments and one side,townhouses.I feel that the townhouse side tends to be quieter and safe. Maintenance usually takes care of things promptly.After hours, they usually call and tell you how to fix the problem yourself.The landlord office never answers the phone;but they answer emails.I wish they put 2 large dumpsters in a section either at the very back of the apartment complex or at the very front,but away from the homes and in a way where we could look out our windows and not see them.The neighbors are lazy and do not dispose of trash in the dumpsters and do illegal dumping.At the townhouses,almost everyone smokes marijuana;and one can never enjoy the fresh air of nature because the marijuana odor comes into your home.Townhouse area has drug dealers;but they keep to themselves. Request no speed bumps.Request assigned front door parking.A delivery package left at the wrong home was stolen by neighbors.911 is excellent and the neighborhood,a top community.

Most things here are fine. There is a couple people that do drugs and the cops are always here or they're yelling and screaming. Plus not having firewalls everybody can hear what you're doing. Other than that the people around here are very nice and friendly just a few you need to get rid of in my building upstairs in the back

Get to look at garbage all the time. Even better when the wind blows trash right by my apartment cause the dumpsters are ALWAYS FULL. Don't know why I even bother to put in a maintenance request... that's a joke. Wait months and still not fixed.

I've been living here since 3/7/25 and so far I absolutely love it, the dishwasher is very handy, maintenance seems to be completely up to par with tasks that are given by residents, the fact of being on the second floor is honestly a huge plus especially with a child who loves to be outside so I know he is always safe if he's out there ontop of the fact they have a park for kids

Maintenance issues are still a problem for me. People not picking up after their dogs is becoming a problem for me. I wish we had assigned parking spaces. When new residents move in and I can no longer park in the space I’ve parked in for the last year it’s extremely aggravating.

Although my friend and I just moved to the Everett, we already love the calm atmosphere and serenity of the neighborhood. Our next door neighbors were outside while we were unloading the moving truck, and they offered to help us and gave friendly advice and wisdom about the area and living in general. Overall the community has been good to me. I had to go through an unexpected transfer from a townhouse to an apartment and Jerrica and the property manager helped me get through all of it to where I was able to get my own place. Rent has been consistently increased every year you renew, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet, which I love. They’re on top of snow removal in the winter. However, every month before the 1st of the next month you get an automated email stating you’ll be evicted if you don’t “emit payment of balance due” for your next months rent even though it isn’t the due date and you will get this email even if you pay rent on time in full each month. Not to mention if you have ever read your lease it says you do not have to Re-certify until you renew your lease but the leasing office will send you “ automated letters” to vacate the premises 60 days prior to your lease needing to be renewed because you haven’t Re-certified 5 months before you actually have to which can be extremely annoying, and irritating. So if you come live here just expect to see these things each year.

Its pretty good! I Put in maintenance requests a couple of times and they got checked off as completed but what I put in for was never done (ie. the hurricane helene damage with the fallen branches). I will tell you that Keith (a maintenance worker) does an awesome job here and trying to keep the place looking welcoming and clean! He is my favorite person on staff! I think it is a good place because it is very quiet, away from the noises, away from trouble. I really like why you can live in peace here and I have many things very close by like shops, pharmacies and schools.

I really like living here, all the staff are great. It's quite, clean yards,plenty of parking. Always neat in appearance I tell everyone I know that the Everett clean and safe place too live, and everyone here are very friendly.

Love living here! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable. The grounds are well kept. The only thing that would make it better would be having trash valet!

Just whatever, miss our old company. Lots of money but nothing to show for but square footage. Maintenance treats you like you have no common sense...this company wants and wants butvwhen you need..forget about it

Very nice place to live, pretty quiet even with dogs. Maintenance is decently quick, but sometimes rushes through things and doesn’t fix them properly. Amenities are nice too

The apartment staff is amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing. They get stuff done on a timely manner as long as they are fully staffed, but it is something out of their control when it comes to being fully staffed. Absolutely amazing

My experience has been good for the most part. They are taking cleanliness a lot more serious now which helps because neighbors can be trashy. Leasing office is still hit or miss when it comes to good service, but overall it is an okay place to live.

Do not move here! They raise the rent every year and they don’t care about you! I’ve lived here 3 years and every year it’s gone up!! Constantly being woken up by the people cutting grass. Had a neighbor try to kick in my front door and these people did nothing about it except charge me to fix it! There’s always some miscellaneous fee for something

I am giving three stars only for communication. The apartment is clean and the environment is decent but the staff is not very customer friendly. The office is impossible to get in communication with and seems like they are putting way to much work on one person. The maintenance staff is wonderful! Kind and helpful I have no complaints. I constantly get notices for the wrong building or that are incorrect. I received notices multiple times that were saying rent was increasing or saying if I did not requalify in ten days I would be evicted and all the office would say is "disregard". So end of the day. The community is good, apartment is ok Very expensive for the amount of space. But I would not return simply because of the staff and the lack of good customer service.

Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar pero algúnos inquilino no respetan horario, siempre haciendo bulla de horas en tarde en la noche. Otro problema es que fuman en los Apt. Y ese humo se filtra a otros Apt. Especialmente cuando fuman en los baños.
