Property Ratings at The Establishment at 1800
Tried moving in and kept getting my move in date moved back even after getting a final date assured by their manager. Was hard to get answers from them in a timely matter. Finally decided to go somewhere else and of course couldn’t get my deposit back. Red flags throughout the process that I foolishly ignored like no one ever answering the phone. Not organized whatsoever.
Tracee is absolutely amazing! I came to tour the complex & automatically felt at home! I love the new updates & renovations they’re making as well. I can’t wait to move in!
Went to this property today and I absolutely love it. The property is very clean. Everyone is very friendly especially the lady in the front office.

The office staff are very nice and very responsive. They make the application process very easy. Anytime I need help or questions answered, they are always willing to give assistance. If they are busy or not readily available, they always respond in a timely fashion. Very professional group.
I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It's was a wonderful and cozy stay. I felt very welcomed in the community.
The management has amazing service & gives a very welcoming feel to these apartments, very quiet, safe & peaceful area to be staying in. Well recommended!
Neat and clean complex. Love the lake trail. Tracy & Amanda are super nice. Also met the maintenance worker Nelson who is very friendly. Looking forward to moving into my apartment home.

quail valley apartments in Missouri city Texas is an idea place to rent. Very convient; and close to shops, restaurants, and schools. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartments are out of date. No ceiling fans or lights. You have to provide your own lamps. I pay 1230 for a 3 bedroom. Despite the price and the fact that we have no ceiling fans or lights, its very loving. Laundry and fitness center are provided for those who do not have a washer or dryer. Units do have hookups available which is another plus. If the price was a little lower I would definitely renew my lease,but I could be in a house for this price.
