Great maintenance timing and staff, great front office staff and events, VERY high rent and many 'extra' fees (especially for a city with no metro station and far from DC), no updated security or electronic locks or updated features for the higher rent as seen in other places. No open area dog park (residents will berate you if your dog is off leash) Overall it's a decent place to live (been here for 3 years), but with the increasing rent and additional fees every year, it's gotten very hard to live here and is not worth it anymore IMO.

We also want to address your concerns. With our location in Potomac Club we have the security gate and gate guards, which offer an extra level of protection that many other properties do not provide. This comes with an additional fee. Regarding the leash policy, it’s not only a part of our lease agreement, but also a Prince William County law to keep dogs leashed while in public areas. We appreciate your understanding of this, as it ensures the safety and comfort of all residents. We do recognize the concerns about rent increases and additional fees, and we continue to review our offerings to provide the best value for our residents. The ENCLAVE at Potomac club is a very nice place to live. It is located within a well-maintained gated community. The management staff is outstanding. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing! It is located near Potomac Mills Mall, Stonebridge, and Roses gaming resort.

I love living here. The apartment is so cute, cozy, and full of charm. The community is great, and the vibe is just perfect. A huge shoutout to Amber, Chris, and Eddy — they are truly amazing! They're always so friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. It really feels like home here. The staff here is great. They’re friendly, approachable and try their best to ensure your life at the community is not disrupted by inconsiderate neighbors. Having said that, there are still people who will ruin the experience for you. There are residents who smoke in the garage and/or right by the entrances. There are ones who let their children run up and down the hallways, so if you live below them, it’s a nuisance. Some don’t pick up after their pets. Some residents use the stairwells as free storage spaces.

Enclave is a fantastic community to live in. The apartments themselves are wonderfully constructed with modern amenities. Maintenance service is quick and community amenities and activities are extensive. Rent is affordable for the location.

The move-in experience was simple and easy! The very few issues I had when I moved in were rectified within hours. My only complaint has been that the windshield gate passes have not been working as intended leading me to get multiple different passes.
Great location and the Staff members are phenomenal. It’s very close to everything needed for shopping, food, and entertainment. Also a moderately closer commute than o the DC area.

The subdivision I very nice and quiet. The apartment buildings are clean, quiet, and easy to maneuver. I love the apartment itself self as it is very spacious for the amount you pay compared to other apartments. Only complaint would be the bathroom sink overflow ring is rusted and disgusting looking but other than that, i am very pleased with this community.

The repair staff at the location is the best part, they are a team of heroes who will ensure your needs are met. The location is one of the best in the Woodbridge/Dale City area. Not far from shopping and easy access to the interstate.

So far, I love the place. We have a great, walkable neighborhood! Just minutes away - even a nice brisk walk, you will find tons of places to eat shop and there's a local gym aside from the one we have here! The grocery store is also minutes away. Love this area a lot!

Management and staff have been extremely helpful with our move, the amenities are numerous and well maintained from what I can tell (the gym, lounge and arcade were in use when we first arrived - always a good sign!), and our new home is a dream. I will say: when plugging in your address for anything, make 100% sure it matches the complex address, even if it autofills with a “suggested” address. There were some hiccups with setting up Fios because the Verizon website likes “drive” better than “street,” apparently. Many thanks to staff for helping with that, too! So far, shaping up to be a nice, safe and comfortable place to live! :)

The Enclave at Potomac is a very nice place to live. The apartment complex is located within a gated community. The location is perfect—near I-95, Sentara Hospital, Potomac Mills, and Stonebridge Town Center. Also, it’s located close to the new Roses Gaming Resort in Dumfries, VA. The management staff is fantastic. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Their response time is phenomenal!

I like it but don’t love it as I initially thought I would. There are small things here and there that are building up to make not so great. From different security measures not working to the apartment not really being cleaned when moving in. If there was someone paying closer attention to detail then I feel it would be better.

During my one-month stay at The Enclave at Potomac Club Apartments, I’ve experienced a delightful blend of luxury and convenience. The spacious apartments, modern chef-inspired kitchens with granite countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer have surely made my living experience comfortable. And let’s not forget the beautifully waterscape pool and the high-endurance fitness center—perfect for unwinding and staying active. The management staff’s responsiveness and the awesome maintenance team have contributed to my positive experience.

The team at Enclave does its very best to make living in this area a pleasant experience. The gym, storage lockers with a pool, Amazon mailboxes, and indoor mailboxes are great amenities. The office puts on a monthly event to give back to the community; it is truly great. The downside is the residents do not pick up after their dogs, leave bags of trash around, there are cars in the garage that haven't moved in years, you'll see the same offenders of the nonsmoking policy. Great place to live in a community if you're able to abide by easy courtesy rules.

We are happy with our apartment here in The Enclave. The central location within Woodbridge is one of the principle selling points. Also enjoy the amenities onsite.

The place is beautiful, it is close to many places such as gas stations, stores and places to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. But, the people who live in these apartments, many of them do not respect and do not know how to follow instructions. And these actions take away the value of the apartment. For example, people are disrespectful and make a lot of noise during rest hours. They don't throw garbage/trash where it belongs. They do a lot of mechanics in the parking lot. The parking lot does not have working gates and many residents park for months without paying or having the sticker. And that's not fair to those who pay to park their cars in the parking lot. They throw garbage in green areas, and when the apartment staff does do nothing the value of the complex goes down in my opinion. The staff need to do better and the residents too.

Very nice place to live. The community is in a beautiful gated community. The apartments are pretty roomy. For the most part, there is very little noise. The management staff is great. The maintenance staff is awesome!

Only been here 1-1/2 days so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment and the building are very clean and well maintained. The other tenants I have met in the halls and elevators have been nice and friendly.

I have been very pleased with how well the process here at The Enclave has been so far. Reilly is an excellent manager and response time to questions/concerns was great. I’ve met some of the other staff members who have also been so helpful. Move in day was great! Brianna went over everything I needed to know for move-in and my new apartment is amazing! It was really move-in ready… and the cleanliness was respectable- even down to the tile grout lines! Very impressed and happy. The Enclave truly is making me feel welcome and at home.
