The Enclave At Arlington

Even though there are a couple of minor comfort issues at the Enclave in Arlington, I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always eager to hear your thoughts. They're always available and happy to help with anything you need!

Just moved recently and so far it has been pretty great nothing crazy. Pretty quiet but now I’m seeing in the community chat box people posting about suspicious people outside and theft from vehicles. Makes me rethink my decision but I’m already here. But over all I mean it’s pretty great can’t complain.

Place is cool. It’s older but fair. Surrounded area is very entertaining, beautiful walking trail through all stadiums is amazing. Management is helpful and maintenance is quick when needed. Follow parking rules tho they don’t play with that

It’s a calm community and the front office is helpful. Traffic is bad during games/concerts but I avoid going out during those events. I would recommend.

I like when management informs us, the residents, ahead of time when there is an event or any type of a concerning situation that we may experience. The daily community report is the greatest information that we can take in of what is occurring in the community.

Quiet, peaceful, safe, no worries, clean, respectful place to live, right in the heart of everything places to go and enjoy yourself, to see different people and make new friends.

Very Nice!! I would like for the pool to be a little bit more clean and the fitness center to have water! But overall very nice and quiet!!!

The staff is very sweet and helpful. I love the space of the apartment. At first it didn’t look that big but once you get your stuff in there it’s so much bigger. I also love how attentive the staff is with maintenance requests.

So far so good!! Love my apartment although some malfunctions but all getting sorted promptly. Have not enjoyed facilities yet but plan to. The staff is very friendly.

Can’t really complain other than the back entrance is scary small and how you enter is annoying but other than that it is good the people are noice and seclusive.

This is a very quiet place to reside and the office staff is amazing. And the maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful overall I Love to come home to a safe place

If you like living by the Dallas Cowboys stadium Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Texas Live Bars Clubs and other events centers this is the place to live!!!

I love it over here nice clean and quiet and the staff is very very respectable polite and outstanding. Maybe where I came from if the staff was polite like that I still be there thank you guys

My experience has been great living here. The maintenance team came right out when my AC wasn't working. I called the office about AC not working and within an hour someone was here. Thank you because texas heat is no joke.

Different than I expected.. I love the layout of my apartment and it’s super spacious! Although there is pros AND cons to my experience so far.. but maintenance and the office gets things done pretty quickly which is a plus! Quiet most days and don’t have any complaints. I am enjoying my time here at Enclave

Where should I start? Hot water comes on and off from to time which is very inconvenient at times. Also when request are put in to fix something THEY DON’T. Not even communication on the status until you call them. From time to time i see little roaches. Just disgusting overall. I can’t wait until November to be gone!

Our experience is awesome. Nice, maintained property, good maintenance and management support and prompt response with good neighborhood. Peaceful environment amd near to the walmart.

This is a civilized and peaceful area. I have not had any problems while living here and I’ve lived here almost three years now. Management is nice as well.

I love living here it’s quiet and peaceful besides it being too much traffic when there’s an event at the stadium this place is a perfect community to live in

Tamra the office manager is amazing. Maintenance team is amazing as well & fixes any problems as quick as possible. Very busy location especially with game days but also prime location for good food and close proximity to a bunch of places.

As always, anytime there’s a need this management team is on it immediately. Even if there is an issue that you run into they are ready and willing to make right. That is because they have a great leader in Tamra. Her leadership shows in her team.

Roaches everywhere in your apartment, no lights outdoors. An empty pond between the buildings that when it rains it fills with water causing mosquitoes, also when it rains the water gets into your apartment. Apartment doesn’t have microwave. Expecting an Amazon package? Forget about it, they don’t have gate access codes so if your delivery is overnight you’re going to miss it. Pools closed ALL the time, even for summer, bathroom really small that you can’t even walk.

I love living at the Enclave! I live in a two story loft with a front porch and a small yard. This place feels like home! The neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Living here has been an wonderful experience, Thank you. I have enjoyed living here. The staff has been truly helpful. The other residence have been kind and respectful.

Good experience moving in! Front office staff was super helpful even when I called them a million times for dumb questions lol. The complex itself is in a really decent area and looks like a healthy neighborhood

Staff very friend, complex nice, clean and welcoming. My maintenance requests are done in timely fashion. Would recommend to my friends to get an apartment here!

Great place to live at. Attractions around the area are fun to be in the mix with, traffic kinda sucks but for the most part doesn’t interfere with my abilities to go out or come in.

These are the best apartments around for the price and amenities! Any time I have a maintenance issue or something of concern for the office, Tamra and the staff are always super helpful. I’ve been living here for two years now and have no plans to move

Excelent community to live, people are nice and staff very friendly and compassionate, I has been living here for about 5 years now and for sure I can tell that this is a community that you want to live in. This is surrounded by so many stores and also we have a Walmart next by.

My experience as a resident of the Enclave in Arlington Texas has been so amazing! I have restaurants, entertainment, a beautiful walk/jogging trail etc, etc! Arlington is truly the Entertainment District of Texas!

If you enjoy being close to all of the event centers around here this place is perfect for you!! But be prepared for bugs, loud neighbors, and a horrible looking apartment! The inside of these apartments are horrible and need to be remodeled and a lot of repairs!!!

The apartment is in a great location, just 6-7 mins walk from my work place. 2-3 minutes of walking distance from walmart. The 2 bedroom layout is spacious, with large windows in plenty of natural light.

Great apartment community, wonderful views, a lot of food and entertainment options available. There’s not another apartment complex better than the enclave.

We have been here for several years now and it's a very calm complex. There have been times when maintenance takes a while to respond or parking is a pain because there's more residents than there are spots, but for the most part we are happy living here .

I will be beginning my 4th year living at The Enclave Apartments. The Dallas Cowboys are my favorite team and love being here in the city of Arlington. Everything around here is walking distance or a bike. The staff are amazing!

It a really nice and clean place to stay with your family .I will say, that when I had my AC go out, they fixed it right away. Had problems with plumbing, on it next day there's a knock on my door.

The management team keeps the property really tidy and maintained well. I appreciate that I know if there’s anything that needs to be fixed it will be completed right away.

I love the apartment. There's not enough parking space and my heat wasn't working the first day. I'm happy now that it all worked out for me. Karen is the best.

I love it here closer to my job and the staff is so professional wonderful and extremely nice and respectful. I had a bad experience in DeSoto Texas where I used to live the staff was mean rude and very disrespectful

Infestation of Roaches! I love the apartment and the layout but I have roaches, mainly in the kitchen. I did not bring them but they are here. I can’t afford to move right now.

Very quiet place to call home the property is always nice and clean. Office personnel is very friendly. I feel very comfortable whenever I approach the community

Enclave office management are very welcoming when it comes to their new residence! So happy to make this complex my new home for me and my family !

I love the location! Walkable distance to entertainment and shopping. Traffic can be a nightmare during events, but I have learned to work around it. Management and maintenance are always courteous and promptly take care of any issues.

Everyone is amazing, if I have a problem they fix everything right away.maintenance is always on the ball.i love the enclave, I would tell everyone about it.
