Property Ratings at The Enclave At Arlington
For as long as I’ve been here my experience has been mostly good with one exception, the towing situation. No matter how much residence complain we are not heard. Many have lost their vehicles and many have had to pay very high fees even when we’ve followed the parking rules in the community and there is no recourse. For as long as I’ve lived here I’ve worried about waking up to my car being gone even though I’m a resident or my visitors cars being gone even though they are properly tagged. So now I will not refer anyone to this community.
Great area close to everything and great people! Love my new apartment!! I definitely recommend checking out The Enclave!! You will be glad you did!!
I love living at the Enclave! A simple issue recently came up and it was a mistake on MY part. The management handled it with courtesy and professionalism. The office staff is the best there is. You will love them!

Its nice. I like the area. Sometimes there are orders. Everyone seems nice. I think I'll like it. The staff is helpful and responsive. There are several things to do in the area.

My experience has been strange. When I moved in the first couple of months were great. Maybe about the 6th months someone damaged my vehicle twice within days. The leasing office didn't do anything and refused to allow me to view the coverage. I asked several time but the answer was no. The next thing people hanging out at night by the trash dump. It was 5 guys and it was like that for a few weeks and Noone did anything. So I started staying at my sister house because I get off work so late at night. Also there's not enough parking spaces for residents that works late nights. I usually park near the visitor parking late at night. It's really dark in the complex. I work so close is the reason why I don't want to move.

Overall fine. During events at the stadium the entrances get blocked off often, and that is annoying. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get home.

Fun place to live. Traffic can be hetic during Cowboys game but it's manageable. Area is clean, quiet, and progressing as the city of Arlington builds more in the community

I have experienced a couple of different issues while living here in last 2 years, 1 being that my guest vehicle was towed with the visitors parking pass inside the vehicle. 2 pest control employees are allowed to enter the unit without any assistance from the leasing office and left my unit unlocked and my door was cracked opened for 3 day as I was out of town. When I asked about my unit being opened, one of the office staff stated “oh that was your unit?” She also stated A neighbor reported it saying that the unit had been opened and was concerned if I was okay in there, no one attempted to do a wellness check.

The older people do complain a lot. The stairs need some tlc. I wish we had valet trash. But other than that it’s a pretty decent place. Very spacious.

I like the apartments. It’s a decent space for what you’re paying for. The only thing I can complain about is the shower takes forever to get hot, and the walls are very thin. I can hear almost everything the next door neighbor does.

I have lived here almost 5 years. I have loved the office staff, specifically the apartment manager Tamra and maintenance crew. Super busy location but good if you’re interested in sports/texas live. Been some issues recently with package stealing / cars being broken into but other than that great place.

Muchos detalles incompletos y en la cocina y gabinetes saliendo muchas cucarachas. La madera del sink en la cocina rota por donde asumo q salen las cucarachas pa los gabinetes de la comida y el área de la lavadora. Si sigue la situación tomaré cartas al asunto. So far the staff has been really helpful, it’s quiet even to it’s close to the stadiums and there’s a lot of storage room as well ! We love the area, and we have Walmart close by too!

I moved in the Enclave Of Arlington back in May 2013. My experiences in this place have been a place of Safety. I have grown in this place. I’ve seen people come and go. I’ve seen the management remain and the maintenance guy. the two main maintenance guy Wilbur and the grounds I’ve seen them where we went through a period of time where the grounds were not upkept,as much but things have began to change even the more Grass is always manicure. I’ve always been taken care of in my apartment. It has been a life changing experience . God told me when I moved over here that I would remain here until I was Soar like an eagle that time is now. If I had to give a rating on a scale from one to 5 being the greatest, I would rate it a 4.5. # LoveTheEnclaveApt????

Just moved recently and so far it has been pretty great nothing crazy. Pretty quiet but now I’m seeing in the community chat box people posting about suspicious people outside and theft from vehicles. Makes me rethink my decision but I’m already here. But over all I mean it’s pretty great can’t complain.

Place is cool. It’s older but fair. Surrounded area is very entertaining, beautiful walking trail through all stadiums is amazing. Management is helpful and maintenance is quick when needed. Follow parking rules tho they don’t play with that

It’s a calm community and the front office is helpful. Traffic is bad during games/concerts but I avoid going out during those events. I would recommend.

I like when management informs us, the residents, ahead of time when there is an event or any type of a concerning situation that we may experience. The daily community report is the greatest information that we can take in of what is occurring in the community.

The staff is very sweet and helpful. I love the space of the apartment. At first it didn’t look that big but once you get your stuff in there it’s so much bigger. I also love how attentive the staff is with maintenance requests.

So far so good!! Love my apartment although some malfunctions but all getting sorted promptly. Have not enjoyed facilities yet but plan to. The staff is very friendly.

Can’t really complain other than the back entrance is scary small and how you enter is annoying but other than that it is good the people are noice and seclusive.

This is a very quiet place to reside and the office staff is amazing. And the maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful overall I Love to come home to a safe place

My experience has been great living here. The maintenance team came right out when my AC wasn't working. I called the office about AC not working and within an hour someone was here. Thank you because texas heat is no joke.

Different than I expected.. I love the layout of my apartment and it’s super spacious! Although there is pros AND cons to my experience so far.. but maintenance and the office gets things done pretty quickly which is a plus! Quiet most days and don’t have any complaints. Where should I start? Hot water comes on and off from to time which is very inconvenient at times. Also when request are put in to fix something THEY DON’T. Not even communication on the status until you call them. From time to time i see little roaches. Just disgusting overall. I can’t wait until November to be gone!

Tamra the office manager is amazing. Maintenance team is amazing as well & fixes any problems as quick as possible. Very busy location especially with game days but also prime location for good food and close proximity to a bunch of places.
