The new bathroom is fully tiled with a tub/shower. This property is located very close to Clark Park, stores on Baltimore Avenue, and multiple trolley stops. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet. There is a $20 per month charge for water/sewer. Gas is included in the rent. Tenant must obtain renters insurance.
