The Emerson

Mi experiencia aquí ha sido realmente maravillosa. Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de comprar una casa y ahora me estoy preparando para mudarme después de llamar a este lugar mi hogar durante tantos años. Cuando llegamos por primera vez, mi hija era recién nacida y ahora tiene tres años y le encanta el área de juegos y todos los interesantes eventos familiares que hemos disfrutado juntos. La propiedad está impecablemente mantenida, lo cual es impresionante considerando la cantidad de residentes. Quiero expresar mi gratitud al equipo de Emerson: ¡todos ustedes han sido fantásticos! No podría haber pedido una mejor comunidad de la cual ser parte. ¡Gracias por todo!

Mi experiencia fue extraordinaria durante 9 años lastima que en el último año las cosas cambiaron basura x donde quiera popo de perro y gente que no respeta x eso cambio todo pero era un lugar hermoso!!! Y en lo personal me voy triste x todo eso y k la renta me subió $700 dolares de un solo momento!!!!

The Emerson has been one of the greatest complex’s I have lived at. Everyone in my building is beyond friendly and has definitely gone out of their way to have a conversation with me or just a quick “Hello, how are you!”. The management is incredible. They are straight to the point and do not beat around the bush when you have questions. I love how direct they are with me. The maintenance team is also speedy quick. The first week I moved in my doorbell went out and I contracted the office (expecting it to be fixed within 24-48 hours as that is the norm) and they were there within the HOUR to fix it. I was shocked. I will be signing another year here when the time comes. I have been treated so welcomed and respected that I don’t need to look elsewhere for somewhere to live. 10/10 would recommend living here.

Es una gran comunidad para vivir, cerca de colegios, mercados, comida, entre otros y de fácil acceso.

The best comment I can make to anybody looking to reside at apartment complex is The Emerson feels like Home and the staff and maintenance guys care about your well-being. The Best fact is we have many Nationalities at the Emerson and maybe some times you cannot understand each other we all help each other and this is what we need to keep back to caring the place we reside at and try people that we see each and everyday here. See for yourselves visit the Office Staff and see as do so many other people have. Truly Home here even renting.

Since they changed it from ‘Timbergate’ to ‘the Emerson’s’ the people have became lazy. When you send out an email about a concern they take over a week and a half to respond and over a month to even show up and help with the issue. Our pool has been closed for a couple weeks now and when I asked the first time why it’s closed they said they did it as a punishment because it was dirty last time it was used. When I asked the second time they said it was because they need to “fix a light”. I haven’t seen anyone in there to fix it. They are just lazy.

The office team and maintenance are very professional and my overall living experience here has been nothing but awesome Emerson staff rocks!

The Emerson is a wonderful community for apartment living, its location is perfect and has access to everything a family with children could need, and provides a safe, friendly environment to live in. The staff are all very kind and treat everyone like family, the complex and grounds are all beautifully maintained. Its a perfect community for families!

I love living at the Emerson. The staff is very friendly and they actually know their residents, your not just a number. They are alway so willing to help you with any questions you have and give you resources if you need assistance with rent or anything like that.

The Emerson is a fantastic, modern and accommodating community in a growing and beautiful neighborhood

The Emerson is absolutely amazing and my family is so happy here. We love the management, namely Bridget. Shes made us feel welcome and taken care of. Bridget is always there and available when I need her and shes always so kind and helpful. She definitely give me and my family since of community and acceptance. The maintenance here is amazing as well. Tony is always so willing to help and look at anything I have questions about. He has great sense of urgency because he know I need my house running well to be able to take care of my family. Tony is extremely accommodating and very hard working. We appreciate all of the staff working hard here at the Emerson and we really couldnt be any happier. Thanks again Emerson staff!

We have loved The Emerson. We moved in two months ago and have had no issues. The people are friendly, the management is responsive. We had our water heater blowout and they were in our apartment thirty minutes after we called and two hours later we had a new water heater. We highly recommend The Emersons.

Overall it was a great experience moving in, the only thing that took along time was getting notification back from the leasing company.

As a long term resident of Timbergate, I truly want to express my gratitude for Bridgette / Jordyn or Jayde? & maintenance workers. All are very approachable, friendly, & assertive with completing all work to residents expectation(s)! Truly an amazing team!

Management, maintenance crew & grounds IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY since Bridgette has taken over. Bridgette, Elliot & Alex very approachable, friendly, & will address any concerns within a timely frame. Resident of 5yrs- LOVE THE LOCATION- but price has def. increased with poor amenities- updated units per website is false advertisement. Grey Star should consider having ALL APARTMENTS updated without residents moving out!

This is a group of people that have come together and really care about this community. I have been here at this community for over a couple years and I must say that this staff really goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of when living here. I enjoy the hot tub and the pool. The grounds are kept up and the property has some of the BEST prices in the Valley. I have read some reviews and I dis agree with these reviews as I ENJOY this community and the staff...

This has been the best place Ive ever rented from. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is amazing. I have been here 4 years now and don't plan to leave until I buy. Some of my neighbors had moved and came back because they liked living here and how on top of things the office and maintenence are. It's close to everything including hospitals and there is everything you need with in walking distance if you chose to. The area is great and I'm glad I moved here.

These apartments are pretty decent. I like that it has a small gym area and pool. The apartment itself is pretty nice inside, and I like the layout for it being a smaller apartment. It's complete with washer and dryer, also, which was my favorite part! Not to mention pet friendly, so I could keep my furry little best friend. Negatives to renting from here... I would say the worst is how easily noise travels. Our upstairs neighbors must have a pet rhino, and the a/c is so noisy the tv has to be up pretty high in order to hear it. Other than that, I'm happy with this little place I call home. The detriments are manageable!
